They have. Georgia, three times now?

Without any major changes. They still counted the votes even when the percentage of similarity in signatures was lowered to 40%, which is less than chance and anyone could duplicate signatures of voters within that margin of error without being the original/real voter...

originally posted by: Phage Has any new evidence been presented by Texas? Anything that hasn't been shot down several times already?

The argument in this particular lawsuit is that those states decided not to follow their own voter laws/rules which were put in place to avoid mass voter fraud... By ignoring the law which states only the legislature of those states and/or Congress can make those changes those states decided to allow the count of illegal votes.

Again, why is it that California, Florida, Texas, all have been able to count 11 million + votes by the end of 8pm on November 3rd, but for some reason smaller states like PA, which had a bit more than 6 million votes, could not count those votes by the end of 8 pm November 3rd?... Why?...

Don't give me that # "mail in votes..." California also allowed mail in votes en mass but were able to count them all by 8pm on November 3rd...

Yes, it would be nice if those states did a full audit to put this to rest
They have. Georgia, three times now?

So if the SCOTUS believes cheating has been proven, you think they will do nothing?
Has any new evidence been presented by Texas? Anything that hasn't been shot down several times already?

And Kemp has been implicated in multiple scandals with China at the center of them. 3 audits with a bribed governor and SoS at the helm. So three sham audits.

But by not ruling by the Constitution they are invalidating 75 million voters. This is the fault of the states that caused this.

Not the Senate.
Not the House.
Not the President.
Not the SCOTUS.

The states. They will most certainly be held responsible in 2022 and 2024 and should be.

This to me is step 1.

Step 2 is the prosecute those who did this.
Step 3 is to put in place measures so this never happens again.

Why was Texas not named as a defendant? Did the Texas legislature say it was ok to make this change?

Governor Greg Abbott today issued a Proclamation extending the early voting period for the November 3rd Election by nearly a week. Under this proclamation, early voting by personal appearance will begin on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, and continue through Friday, October 30, 2020. The proclamation also expands the period in which marked mail-in ballots may be delivered in person to the early voting clerk’s office, allowing such delivery prior to as well as on Election Day.

"As we respond to COVID-19, the State of Texas is focused on strategies that preserve Texans’ ability to vote in a way that also mitigates the spread of the virus," said Governor Abbott. "By extending the early voting period and expanding the period in which mail-in ballots can be hand-delivered, Texans will have greater flexibility to cast their ballots, while at the same time protecting themselves and others from COVID-19."

Why did the SCOTUS vote 6-3 to hear the case then? Why waste everyone's time if they will not take it seriously?

It's called due process.

According to your logic, 3 of the 9 judges were against due process?

Where does logic come into it? Where does the number of judges or which way the vote come into it.

Due process is a cornerstone of democracy.

Sometime we like the outcome. Sometimes we don't. But to paraphrase Winston Churchill, it's the best system we've got.

Why compromise such an important real world principle for a grifter's fantasy?

As mentioned multiple times, that would include Governor Abbott of Texas.

Ironic, isn't it?

The supreme court is not going to invalidate millions of votes, If they did that would vioate everything this country stands for. This would totally destroy democracy in this country and we would just be moving to dictatorship.

Silly, irrelevant argument.

That is how I see it. I remember the PA federal judge who threw out another lawsuit said it was asking to disenfranchised millions of votes and the Constitution simply does not work that way.

Wrong. It was merely asking the court to judge that the state governor's decision to change the election rules was unconstitutional because it had not been endorsed by the state legislative branch.

Furthermore this a bias lawsuit targeting only states Biden won. Several states changed their election procedures before the election in response to the pandemic via executive order because of time constraints.

If this suit was truly concerned about changing the voting procedures via executive order then it would name every state that did this, NOT just the states Trump lost.

But the suit was NOT about changing the procedure. It was about asking the Supreme Court to declare the vote result in the five states invalid because the voting procedure had been changed in a way that violated the Constitution.

lol, DENIED.... AGAIN. How many bogus claims and cases have they thrown out now?? I think they're like 1 for 57 at the moment? lmao. Americans will NOT stand for republicans and Trump supporters turning this country into a dictatorship. It's over, deal with it and let the nutter conspiracy theories and fake news about election fraud die. Americans have spoken up and voted the criminal out of office. Move on.

This made me laugh/snort and spit my coffee.

Alas! The gales of tempest logic have torn my sails asunder. I am adrift in a sea of ignorance and have naught to do but fall to my knees, cast my eyes to the heavens, and cry "shiiillllll!"

Yes it is sad, but now that it's all being exposed, we all might see a brighter day in the light of Truth.

Look for the "Surge"....a Turning Point.

Once the Light exposes the True and Full picture it spreads like wild fire through the People.

For we are Children of the Light, and know it not through just our eyes, but through our spirit, to know it is "Right and TRUE."
