Yes, it would be nice if those states did a full audit to put this to rest
Has any new evidence been presented by Texas? Anything that hasn't been shot down several times already?
So if the SCOTUS believes cheating has been proven, you think they will do nothing?
By ignoring the law which states only the legislature of those states and/or Congress can make those changes those states decided to allow the count of illegal votes.
Governor Greg Abbott today issued a Proclamation extending the early voting period for the November 3rd Election by nearly a week. Under this proclamation, early voting by personal appearance will begin on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, and continue through Friday, October 30, 2020. The proclamation also expands the period in which marked mail-in ballots may be delivered in person to the early voting clerk’s office, allowing such delivery prior to as well as on Election Day.
"As we respond to COVID-19, the State of Texas is focused on strategies that preserve Texans’ ability to vote in a way that also mitigates the spread of the virus," said Governor Abbott. "By extending the early voting period and expanding the period in which mail-in ballots can be hand-delivered, Texans will have greater flexibility to cast their ballots, while at the same time protecting themselves and others from COVID-19."

Why did the SCOTUS vote 6-3 to hear the case then? Why waste everyone's time if they will not take it seriously?
It's called due process.

According to your logic, 3 of the 9 judges were against due process?

Silly, irrelevant argument.
That is how I see it. I remember the PA federal judge who threw out another lawsuit said it was asking to disenfranchised millions of votes and the Constitution simply does not work that way.
Wrong. It was merely asking the court to judge that the state governor's decision to change the election rules was unconstitutional because it had not been endorsed by the state legislative branch.
Furthermore this a bias lawsuit targeting only states Biden won. Several states changed their election procedures before the election in response to the pandemic via executive order because of time constraints.
If this suit was truly concerned about changing the voting procedures via executive order then it would name every state that did this, NOT just the states Trump lost.
But the suit was NOT about changing the procedure. It was about asking the Supreme Court to declare the vote result in the five states invalid because the voting procedure had been changed in a way that violated the Constitution.
