If someone points a gun at you, and you attack them, then they shoot you, they are not acting in self defense.

Your just misinformed all around arent you? First there was no gas station it was a car lot. His claim was he saw someone trying to break a window in the car. Because yeah a car window is worth 2 peoples lifes and a paraplygic. Even stranger he said he stopped them meaning the window wasnt even broke. So hes making claim that they were doing something which we have no proof of. Convienant as that is others there claimed he came up to them screaming at told them they had to leave. which ever side of the story you chose to believe it does not mean he can go out on the streets and murder people. No matter how you break it down he brought a gun into a situation he wasnt ready for. His poor choices caused people to die and he will be held responsible for it

To be honest it amazes me anyone supports this type of vigilante justice. Hes not a hero he was a punk kid in over his head who has no concern for human life.

You obviously are the uninformed, its all on video, dude rolling burning dumpster into gas station, the kid and one or two other take it away from victim 1, victim 1 gets irate, threatens to take the rifle and use it on the kid, then the kid retreats, gets chased..you know the rest.

We can argue all day whether he "should" of been there, but don't lie about what happened, I shouldn't say lie, because I'm sure you are thinking you are right..but you are not! Watch the damn vid!

If he hasn't dug into it and educated himself on it by now, your link is probably wasted. Even ben swann did a piece on it, all the videos available at the time, all in order of events. I think even CBS maybe, did a timeline with all the video, including putting out the dumpster fire.

I dunno why I part ways with them, on this..it can be argued whether he shouldn't of been there..fine. But even if he shouldn't of been there, as I read the law, he is allowed to defend himself. I spent many hours watching all the vids(most gone now) he never pointed his weapon(that I recall) other than when he was being chased, a shot was fired, vic one threw something, it went very sideways after that. The kid did not intend to flee the 1st scene either, he was told by the guy/medic who was tending to victim 1..he better run for his life. And we know the rest.

I don't think it was good this happened, rioting and burning sh#t isn't good either, but there is dishonesty about what happened.
