It doesn't matter because he is just an FCC chairman that deals with election finances. He has zero credibility when it comes to voter fraud.

Trump wants to overturn the election based on statistics, affidavits, and wishful thinking. There is also Hugo Chavez acording to Sidney Powell. lol

You know nothing, just guessing. And it is FEC not FCC.

We will see in the coming days what actually happens.

We have already seen what happens.

The judge said "that is not how the constitution works" when throwing the case out. lol

And they want to file more cases based on the same things. I am fine with them trying.

IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE MIDDLE DISTRICT OF PENNSYLVANIA

This Court has been unable to find any case in which a plaintiff has sought such a drastic remedy in the contest of an election, in terms of the sheer volume of votes asked to be invalidated. One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption, such that this Court would have no option but to regrettably grant the proposed injunctive relief despite the impact it would have on such a large group of citizens. That has not happened. Instead, this Court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations, unpled in the operative complaint and unsupported by evidence

Plaintiffs have made multiple attempts at amending the pleadings, and have had attorneys both appear and withdraw in a matter of seventy-two hours. There have been at least two perceived discovery disputes, one oral argument, and a rude and ill-conceived voicemail which distracted the Court’s attention from the significant issues at hand.

When the far left claimed that the Russians hacked/pushed Trump on his presidency. I remember Obama/Hillary on national tv stated that they have proof. No reporter asked for proof. They simply believed what the messiah stated. They even pushed his propaganda to make Trump seem he was a Russian plant. -4 years of this. Even refusing to update the statements like "Russian meddling' was 12k in FB ads making Hillary look bad, with cheesy images of Hillary as Satan and Trump as Jesus arm wrestling. It was their way of coping with a Trump win. I remember the ones here in ATS stating they have to be given time, they're in the gathering phase, James Comey can't divulge the stuff he knows, we have to wait etc etc etc for 4 years.

Now all a sudden the media, the far left can't wait a few days for the Trump campaign to have a shot at providing evidence. Instead, they have to hand it over now, show proof and calling him a liar.

No there isn't. The courts roundly disagree with Trump's team, mostly because they provided the courts ZERO evidence.

So far, the Trump legal team has yet to deliver any evidence in court that was credible. At this point I think that his legal team has had like 15 courts dismiss his cases.

His only victory was to have his observers stand a little closer to those counting votes
Also, you should not that Bill Barr authorized his Federal Prosecutors to act on any credible reports of illegal voting. So far, nothing.

All the evidence that Rudy is seen waving around has turned out to be little more that hearsay. That is why the Trump legal team is yet to prove anything in court.

Yesterday he promised proof in Georgia of hundreds of thousands of illegal votes. So far, he has provided no proof. It seems to be a pattern. Big accusations and then no proof.

So what is Trump really doing?
1.) He is fleecing his true believers. He continues to raise money for his "Stop the Steal" but the fine print on the donation form says that up to 75% of the money raised will be used to either pay off his campaign debt or for his political action committee.

2.) He may be trying to cut a deal with the next administration to not prosecute him for his crimes so he stalls until they agree.

3.) He may be using his time to destroy evidence of his crimes.

4.) He may be positioning himself for book deals and speaking engagements after Jan 20th.

BTW it is being reported that he blew off the G20 meetings again today to go golfing, so , he certainly isn't working too hard

It's funny seeing Liberals saying 250+ Affidavits are not evidence but when Christine Ford had 1 Affidavit, that was never tested in Court and had no corroboration, they used that 1 AFFIDAVIT to accuse Brett Kavanaugh of being a gang rapist.

That 1 AFFIDAVIT caused media and Democrat hysteria, additional Senate hearings and it triggered an F.B.I. investigation.

The Trump team has gathered more than enough EVIDENCE to trigger a 2-3 week F.B.I. investigation. This is the problem, Christopher Wray at the F.B.I. should have never been hired.

Judges can't do investigations. The investigation by the F.B.I. should be done first then send their findings to the D.O.J. and issue a report.

THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED WITH CHRISTINE FORD WITH 1 AFFIDAVIT!

So Democrats, tell me why 1 Affidavit from Christine Ford with no corroboration was evidence that Brett Kavanaugh was a gang rapist and it triggered an F.B.I. investigation but 250+ Affidavits on something as serious as fraud in the election doesn't deserve an F.B.I. investigation?

In the latest setback to Trump’s efforts, Matthew Brann, a Republican US district court judge in Pennsylvania, threw out the Trump campaign’s request to disenfranchise almost 7 million voters there.

“This claim, like Frankenstein’s Monster, has been haphazardly stitched together from two distinct theories in an attempt to avoid controlling precedent,” he wrote in a damning order, issued on Saturday.

It came after similar failed court bids in Georgia, Michigan and Arizona to prevent states from certifying their vote totals.

Ruling that Pennsylvania officials can certify election results in the state, where Biden has a lead of more than 80,000 votes, Brann said the Trump campaign presented “strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations… unsupported by evidence” in its attempt to challenge a batch of thousands of votes.

Brann also suggested that the Trump campaign’s case demonstrated a failure to understand the US constitution, writing: “Plaintiffs seek to remedy the denial of their votes by invalidating the votes of millions of others. Rather than requesting that their votes be counted, they seek to discredit scores of other votes, but only for one race. This is simply not how the constitution works.”

BOOM!

Last I checked it was up to 32 cases dismissed.

After losing big in the election, Trump just wanted to lose some more.

And I'm not tired of watching him lose.

Man, you guys sure have a strange understanding of the word overwhelming.

Hundreds of sobbing cult45ers saying "I saw fraud, I swearsies" is not evidence. It's hearsay.

You lost. Get over it.
