I would certainly hope not.

The idea after being to stay out of such an establishment, mask or no mask.

As to the seriousness of the offense, that would also up the scale prison wise.

And if you annoy the people who run those places they will indeed put a bag over your head(that's a big mask), nevermind a whole lot worse.

I can't even wrap my head around the argument (science/media's new assertion) that the most likely place to catch covid is in one's home.

Homes don't carry covid, people do.

Even if a person were bringing covid into his/her home, it's covid that they caught somewhere else.

There's no need to be afraid of one's own family members, or to think of one's own loved ones as diseased vectors to be avoided.

We have a semi lockdown here in the UK.

You have superspreading.

Let's see how that works out for you.

Herd Immunity is good, Flu makes its rounds every year.........and with every person that gets Covid the counts go higher and the mortality rates drop.

People need to stop freaking out, and use common sense.....

"Covid-19 And The Fatal Attraction Of Herd Immunity" eh?

Sounds like J. K. Rowling's moving along to horror.

It'll work out as it works out. You go ahead and panic, and hide as you choose. I'll take sensible precautions as I deem necessary, and not ask anyone, much less the panic stricken mob, to worry about me. I'll live my life.

Well, it's here folks.

Executive order by MN GOVERNOR Tim Walz:

Minnesotas socializing with people outside of their homes face $1000 fine or 90 days jailtime

Thats wierd, because on my way to work this morning, i sure saw a lot of mud-duck license plates...

But our deer season just opened, so its crawling with tourists all along hwy 2 anyway..

It's unenforceable and illegal. Police/Sheriffs will not comply, as there is no legal basis to do so.

It's not even legal for them to force these restrictions on businesses, although in those cases they can get around the law by using govt entities like licensing and inspection to force fines on them.

There's no license on your own home, or your own life to just walk around.

Not yet. But if Dems have their way it certainly will be.

I knew I wouldn't be the only one who noticed it:

Our radio pointed out this morning the same thing I noticed. We were already into a downward trend in cases in the state and this area when the new restrictions were slapped on us.

So as the talk host said, assuming cases keep on trending down (they may spike again, who knows), our officials can claim they "saved" us from the COVID even though things were already heading downward on their own, and if they do spike again, then officials can layer on more restrictions by blaming people for being too dumb to do what they said.

It's all a heads they win, tails we lose game.

Why might you think I am either panicking or hiding?

Maybe because this is the general tone you seem to have when people disagree with the extreme measures taken to contain a thing that is about as scary as most seasonal illnesses no one pays much attention to?

You shouldn't be. So, it's a good thing if you aren't.

You seem to think I don't take reasonable precautions...what makes you think I don't??

Emphasis, of course, on the "reasonable" part.

1.35 Million dead worldwide. Is that not scary?

No one should pay attention?

Why the personal attacks?

Leave it out.

1.35 million out of 7+ billion.

No, it's not scary. You have a FAR greater chance to die from a thousand other things than COVID. Maybe turn off the news and think for yourself.

1.35 million so far. And counting.

I can think for myself and do not need/want to be told what to think by the likes of you, thank you very much.

I prefer the scientific evidence of the medical community to the opinion of a radio talk show host, personally.

Luckily for me, so does our UK Govt.

And? To be blunt, whoopdie #.

1.3 million out of almost 8 billion humans on this rock. Knock a zero off each and you have 130,000 and 800 million.

Knock another zero off each, and you have 13,000 and 80 million.

Knock those zeros off again, and you have 1,300 and 8 million.

Do it again, 130 and 800,000.

Then one more time, to get 13 and 80,000.

13 dead people per 80,000 is utter peanuts, bucko. Once you dial it down to more easy-to-grasp numbers, it's clearly NOT A BIG DEAL.

Oh, but you can only listen to "the science" if it's the chosen science, right?

Dr. Yeadon: Unlocked

Here's a former Pfizer VP and respiratory health professional giving his professional opinion on the science. I'd post a YouTube link, but they only allowed his science to stay up for about 2 hours. This one takes time to load; it's in blockchain.

You do not climb high in the pharma world without credentials and chops. Husband knows; you just don't. So his knowledge is good enough since it got him to VP status in a major pharma.
