It looks like the SCOTUS justices are positioning themselves to quickly accept any election related cases that are struck down by the lower courts... as well as letting the lower courts know they will be watching.

The U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals is looking at the election fraud, and election law violation case, that a Pennsylvania judge dismissed over the weekend.

Even though it's Thanksgiving week, it's anticipated that some type of decision will be rendered.

NEVADA Court Action - Hearing set for December 3, 2020.

A Carson City judge has set a hearing for 12/3 at 1:30pm to allow the Trump Campaign to present their findings of voter fraud.

Evidence presented will be over Agilis (signature matching machine) along with depositions from 15 witnesses who saw voter fraud.

Attorney Sidney Powell filed a substantial election-related lawsuit against Michigan's governor Gretchen Whitmer last night.

Attorney Sidney Powell’s lawsuit claims there was massive election fraud in the state of Michigan and that it helped make Joe Biden’s lead possible in the state.

It claims that Michigan state election officials directed the misconduct.

It cites eyewitness and expert testimony alleging there were enough ballots identified to overturn and reverse the election results. It also says the state’s election was so “riddled with fraud” that the results can’t be relied on.

The suit claims that Dominion Voting Systems helped facilitate the fraud.

In addition to alleged Dominion computer fraud, the suit also claims there was “traditional” voting fraud—including “harassment, intimidation,” and “even physical removal of Republican poll challengers.”

The lawsuit is filed against Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, and the Michigan board of state canvassers.
