This is why Alito ordered them to separate ballots in PA. This is all a set up so the media can say Trump stole another election. What they did in PA is not constitutional.

The SCOTUS cannot change a result but it can enforce the law. That is what everyone is missing.

The problem is only elite democrats are smart.
The foot soldiers are dumb as rocks -products of the public education system indoctrination- and were too overzealous.

Take it for what it is and check to see if your vote is accurate even if you are in a red state that stayed red.

Additional states are joining with the Pennsylvania legislature to have all Pennsylvania ballots received after 8 p.m. this past Tuesday voided.

The Pennsylvania Secretary of State unilaterally violated the directives from the state legislature and ordered approximately 450000 ballots that arrived after 8pm election day included in the total.

It is the same old song and dance. Right now that is why they are so concerned with GA. When the election is called for Trump then the Progressives need to make sure they have Congress.

Attorney Generals from other states are supporting the Attorney General of PA, and the state's legislature.

Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, chairman of the Republican Attorneys General Association and other attorneys general announced Monday that they filed a legal brief asking the U.S. Supreme Court to reverse the ruling from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court concerning the counting of late mail-in ballots in the state.

Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron, Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Oklahoma Attorney General Mike Hunter joined Landry at a news conference about the legal action.

"We believe it's akin to referees getting to change the rules of the game midway through the football game," Landry said. "We believe that's exactly what the Pennsylvania Supreme Court did. The referees, which are the judges, don't get to write the rules — that's the legislature."

The attorneys general hope the Supreme Court will take the case and reverse the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's decision on late mail-in ballots as soon as possible.
