Ongoing Law Enforcement and Legal Court Actions Regarding the 2020 Election Debacle.

Folks, Donald Trump is still president. The election is not over. There is a projected winner. Nothing is over. If you think Trump is simply going to say ok when there is solid proof that this election was skewed.


Prepare for the next Boss Battle. This is the start of Act II.

This will go to the SCOTUS. The PA rules will be invalidated and those votes will be negated. As per the Constitution. The SCOTUS cannot overturn but it can enforce active laws. This is why they were so scared of ACB.

There was no reason to call PA. The DNC said the day before they did not need PA. NV was dragging it's feet and the media decided to declare PA for Biden. This way the pundits can have the Sunday talk show circuit. There was no win. The biggest thing to watch right now is the MI Republican Senator nominee and Georgia.

Now the media for the next 4 weeks can hammer our president as they have.

He was impeached for no reason.
He was investigated so many times for no reason.
He was accused with no reason.
He signed bills and alienated himself.

If you think he is walking away quietly you are in for a surprise and in the end the country will either see fairness or will forever not be the United States of America. Plain and simple.

I think the Florida vote count is true reflection of how the country really voted in those swing states.
Notice how fast they counted their votes, they fixed their issue from 2000, even Jeb Bush mentioned Florida doing a good job in 2020.

But the state of Nevada is looking at some serious issues that the courts will have to address.

I've heard about this water mark Block Chain ID from 3 different sources. If this is correct we can finally stop all the fraud with very little effort. Maybe the only reason we still have the squad is because of the fraud. I hope this is true!!!!!!!!

This morning's "Sunday Morning Futures" program on Fox Business Network was very informative. It included the Senator Lindsey Graham interview you alluded to, along with Attorney Rudy Giuliani giving examples of FRAUD that will be presented to the courts, starting tomorrow morning, Nov 9th.

And Attorney Sidney Powell describing how the Soros-Pelosi DOMINION election software works, to "flip" vote totals, add votes, and remove votes, depending on what a state official needs at the time. It was used extensively after the polls closed this past Tuesday, in several states.

A fast-moving and very informative 45 minutes of TV!

As I have stated in one of my threads, despite some clowns attempting to derail it with stupid jokes, U.S. laws as to whom can change election rules falls entirely on Congress (or state legislature), and not on other local authorities or state judges.

BTW, I am aware that the election clause starts by stating "the election clause is the authority to regulate elections for the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate." But there is no definition in specific, that i could find, about who has the authority to change election rules for President and VP. Some sources seem to imply that the same rules for President and VP applies as the rules for "changing the date/time in Congresional elections."

Otherwise why is it that when President Trump ASKED if the presidential election date could be changed, "because of the Coronavirus", he was reminded that he couldn't and the rules for Congressional elections were included as the reason why the President cannot change the date of the presidential elections?

As Law&Crime has thoroughly explained before under slightly different contexts, the date of the U.S. presidential election is codified in federal statutes. 3 U.S.C. § 1 sets the date as follows: “The electors of President and Vice President shall be appointed, in each State, on the Tuesday next after the first Monday in November, in every fourth year succeeding every election of a President and Vice President.” Similarly, 2 U.S.C. § 7 sets the date for the election of U.S. senators and representatives on the same day. In other words, the date cannot be changed without Congress changing the laws which set the date. The Senate is controlled by Republicans; the House is controlled by Democrats. It is unlikely the parties would come to a compromise which would allow the election date to be moved.

I think you will appreciate the content of what was discussed on the Mark Levin show tonight. For instance, "counting every vote" is what Democrats historically say. But that's not the legal wording. Mark Levin and Judge Ken Starr calmly and rationally discuss several aspects of the 2020 election that doesn't bode well for Joe Biden.

The Left/Democrat pattern of behavior became obvious 5 years ago, when Donald Trump arrived on the scene.

You're right about Rudy Giuliani. Democrats hold the Southern District of New York U.S. Attorney's office in high esteem, because it came down hard on some of President Trump's associates. They know that Rudy Giuliani was the top prosecutor at the SDNY office for many years, before becoming the Mayor of New York City.

They are afraid of the hell he can bring down on Biden, before Biden is officially declared the President-Elect next month. So it doesn't matter if they make fun of Rudy. What matters is what the court says after he presents his case against the Pennsylvania cheating scams and scammers, tomorrow morning.

"We're at now 450,000 definite mail-in ballots that they separated from the envelope, threw the envelope away. We can never tell if they're valid or not."

It took some practice, but I eventually figured out how to discern the importance of what President Trump said, or did, by how Angry CNN personalities become, or if it was something really good for America, how CNN ignored it all-together.

I don't think 95% of Democrats know President Trump was nominated for 4 Nobel Peace prizes this year. Hell, even FoxNews was becoming more Ant-America by the time those nominations were filed, this past Summer.
