Too bad past recipients have rendered this award pretty much meaningless, President Trump actually earned it.
It will be a feather in his hat, and begin the Trump dynasty's collection of Nobel Peace Prizes.
*urgh*
COULD SOMEONE PLEASE PULL THIS MAN'S HEAD OUT OF TRUMPS ANUS?!
Nomination was submitted by Christian Tybring-Gjedde, a member of the Norwegian Parliament
Christian Tybring-Gjedde is a Norwegian far-right politician who represents the anti-immigrant Progress Party.

Am just pointing out that a nomination is pretty meaningless and he is unlikely to win it.

Trump should be tried at the Hague for crimes against humanity.

Obama even won and he loved unauthorized drone strikes and proxy wars to topple governments. Doesn't mean much

Post this baloney thread instead of Salt Lake City police shooting a 13 year old white boy with autism???
If the OP had their head in the right place they would have included the "nomination" comes from an alt right lawmaker who has nominated trump before.
So like anyone cares what you opine on dealing with what you think a nomination is worth
Lets get to the real point, do you think he would deserve it?
The parent of Trump Taj Mahal, one of Atlantic City, New Jersey’s struggling casinos, has settled U.S. government charges that it violated federal laws designed to thwart money laundering, court filings show.
Trump Taj Mahal Associates LLC agreed to the assessment of a $10 million civil penalty by the Treasury Department’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, according to a proposed consent order filed on Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Delaware.
A judge ordered President Donald Trump on Thursday to pay $2 million to settle a lawsuit accusing him and his family of misusing funds from the now-shuttered Trump Foundation to further his political interests, confirming previous reporting about financial mismanagement related to Trump and his charities.
The lawsuit was brought in July 2018 by the New York state attorney general.

I don't expect anyone to care about my "opine" anymore than they would care for your's. Although I do find it funny that you go on to ask for my opinion....so I guess you care about it.
So since you seem to care so much about my views on the matter....
On the one hand I think the steps he has taken in the Middle East to try to broker pace have been positive and he has made positive steps with DPRK yet on the other hand he has overseen an administration that has seen some of the worse civil unrest in America in living memory, he has helped to foster unrest with Sino-American relations, has undermined NATO, pulled out of the INF treaty, has basically denied climate change and I could probably go on.
In short, on balance I can see some good things he has done and give him credit for them but overall his administration I think has had a negative impact on global peace and as such I would say he doesn't deserve it.
To be clear this is me stating my opinion, which you seem to care enough about to ask for, I on the other hand have zero interest in your opinion on the subject.

What a short memory you have. Do you want me to list some of his "regular crimes" or his crimes against humanity crimes?
