I have a hunch it is....there have been a few odd hacks over the years that have allowed folks to completely block that they altered a post.....I found that one a long time ago.

This one only hit me when I searched the member name right after a post and the join/visit date came up with Dec 31, 1969.....havent thought about that date in a long time, but now has me wondering if it is some sort of trail to follow.
