My family has been watching several of the recent trump speeches.

He reads well from the teleprompter, then pauses, and inserts minutes of impromptu speaking.

He does both well. A little less coherent, at times, on the impromptu — but much more crowd-engaging.

He will loose track of a thought, or insert something and forget his original point. But it's normal stuff people do when they are speaking or trying to make a point. It's not the incoherent dementia like speech of Biden.

He seems to get more energized by bigger crowds and later at night.

It's not too often I'm shocked, but when I read about Obama's connections to the Saudi royal family my head exploded.

He is speaking all day, everyday to a variety of people via phone, eneMedia, rally's, pressers, on the way to Marine1, and so on. The fact that he does it at all, at his age, with such skill defies most reality constructs. Sadly folks pick on "misses" here an there as evidence of something, rather then see the "flubs" are so few in comparison to the 10 of thousands of words he says each day. AND he inserts code, shoutouts to Anons and more.
