Peaceful protestors do not burn down buildings,smash windows,assault people, or get in people faces trying to provoke a response.
They are justifying this by using a twisted MLK quote that violence is the language of the unheard, but they left out his Dissaproval of this later on in the speech.

When he started chasing him he was protecting himself, however if found in illegal possession he will certainly be tried for something, but I think they will lessen the charge. They were actively rioting and then the guy came at him.

HE HAD A GUN, if he was provacative beyond being on location he wouldn't have been getting chased at the time. He used it in defense although possibly in a illegal manner.

I think there was another firearm found on the ground.

So possibly multiple firearms on his person whilst he was doing whatever he was in the area.

Time will tell.

As to the other fellow that gets shot in the other vid, if it's not the same person responsible, that means there are multiple people in the area shooting people with rifles.
