The proposal is actually good for Osteoporosis. The reason is that cartilage is made of collagen, and blood vessels are also made of collagen, the more collagen the better for everything. Vitamin K2 moves calcium from soft tissues, where it does not belong, into the hard tissues like bones and teeth, where it does belong.

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) might be giving her an upset tummy because it is acidic, you could see if she tolerates sodium ascorbate powder instead. Instead of cow's milk, you could try giving her goat's milk, because it is more digestible than cow's milk.

For the osteoporosis, I recommend adding marine collagen, boron, and silica. Those are also good for arteries, I didn't add them to the post because the treatment was already complicated enough, and I didn't have any more room in the post. The collagen and boron are not acidic, so your mom should be able to tolerate those. I recommend giving your mom silica in drinking water, where it is an acid but the quantity is tiny so that won't be a problem.

Fish based omega-3 fatty acids and hyaluronic acid might also help your mom, but they are acids so your mom might not be able to tolerate them. There are so many other supplements for collagen, that it doesn't really matter if you miss two.

Something that helps cartilage especially in the spine, along with many other illnesses, has no side effects, and only has to be done once, is inclined bed therapy. Raise the head of her bed by some means, one way is with 2" bed risers. However you do it, she will be healthier, the higher she goes the better, up to 8". I suggest a 2" rise to start, because unless she has a footboard, with a higher rise the mattress will slide down.

Because so little boron is needed, about 3 mg/day of boron from 60 mg/day of chelate, it's best to get it in powder form and mix it into a drink along with the other powders. Because of the minimum size of a capsule, a boron capsule has to contain mostly filler.

I recommend getting silica from drinking water, to avoid the side effects that silica supplements often have. The silica itself is safe, but silica has to be combined with something to be absorbed in a supplement, and that something can have side effects. The Berkey water filter has a fine silica filter stage which puts some silica into the water. It's not much, but because it's pure silica in water, there are no side effects. The Berkey water filter is not designed to put silica in the water, it is just a fortunate side effect of its filter. The only problem with the Berkey is that it comes with a plastic spigot, if you buy a Berkey you should get a stainless steel spigot.

She's already sleeping for several years at a 45 degree (or more) hip to head angle and only uses filtered water but i'll check the filter type.

Funny thing is, with the TDS epidemic raging for years, it left an opening against Trump that you could drive a truck through....if the opposition party had proceeded in a rational and measured way, they already had 110% of media working for them! With each passing week, it becomes more apparent that Whoever convinced Biden to run, did so by assuring him that all he needed to do is sit back, and enjoy the ride into the White House.

These "masterminds" have been executing their plan, but so far it hasn't worked well at all. I wonder if President Trump was suddenly "removed" from office, would Joe Biden beat his replacement? (I can't shake what evil Mueller team member Andrew Weismann said earlier this week about the "Italian model" being used to get rid of President Trump.)

Amazing detail again brewtiger!

Bit of a synchronicity too, my ma's cousin married the daughter of one of Tito's generals. The daughter used to go to Tito's private nudist island for holidays with her father, who was obviously in the inner circle (make of that what you will). I met the daughter once and would never have guessed her backstory but was told it years later.

Could it be possible we now have an opportunity to really take advantage of that situation, maybe take over the whole entire trending feed if we did it right??

I know there are posters here who don't believe a spiritual realm exists - all i ask is please don't mock what i share with you here. The fact you don't/won't believe in it, nor have experienced any of spirit realm's many ways of communication, does not equate to its non-existence. Thank you.

The last few months as we all know have been quite unprecedented. Everything bad seems to be happening all at the same time: virus, riots, protests, economy, division, anger, rage etc - global chaos. What's going on? Why all the craziness and confusion? What is all this really all about? So yesterday morning just before meditation, I asked spirit world to help me to understand, to show me what's happening and why.

As I began meditation I could feel/sense spirit energy around me but i had no idea that they might answer my questions or not. Spirit world communicates with me with pictures/images and emotions, and also what i describe as short video clips usually about 5 seconds or so that keep re-running over and over and only stops when i get the message/meaning right. I included this bit of info regarding spirit communication because this is how it usually happens for me. But yesterday morning was different to that.

Very soon into meditation, I felt aware of being in a darkness, there was literally nothing. Just emptiness. No up nor down, no left or right, no atmosphere, nothing. Just 'void'. I looked around and saw a glowing in the distance and instantly began to move towards it like i was being drawn or led/taken/pulled there.

The closer I got to this 'glow' i could see it was lots of 'glowing people' all stood together. One of them was slightly forward of the others and sideways-on to them and facing me, left arm extended welcoming me closer. In a split second I'm there.

They were human-looking beings but every bit of them shone with a beautiful golden/silver Light. They stood side-by-side shoulder-to-shoulder slightly behind the one inviting me forward. I saw they had shining breastplates and helmets and their shoulder-length hair glowed, they were all made of Light. They all had huge sword-shape weapons in their hands. They looked like Biblical warriors ready for war. Legions of them.

I was stood beside the one that invited me forward and he swayed his right arm out in front of him inviting me to look in that direction and i turned to look. Everywhere was still darkness/void around us as far as I can see. But I noticed tiny bright Lights in the not too far distance. I wondered 'what are they?' and i was suddenly 'given' the feelings/emotions that the little Lights were children. Not just random children that i didn't know, I felt they were all my own children. And i knew they are going to be left behind in that darkness if they can't be saved from it and I was suddenly overcome by the most dreadful sadness and overwhelming grief and utter devastation that i broke down in uncontrollable heartbroken sobs. I begged, pleaded, to be allowed to go there and stay behind with them to protect them from that living vile predator darkness. The absence of a reply, neither yes or no, I understood to mean the idea of my request didn't even exist. Not negotiable. The sense of helplessness and the grief was so overwhelming I couldn't carry on and had to take a break from meditation to compose myself.

The Light-person stood with me said ''they are what we've come for. They are God's Light-children, we have come to save them from that darkness. Some will choose to stay and will be left behind - they don't realise/know they are Children of Light. God's children. ''

The Light-person turned to me, and said 'they are you. Those Lights/Light-children are Mankind on Earth. You are all God's children. We have come to save you, from that dark.''

I was showed an image of President Trump, he was walking towards a group of 'others' that I couldn't quite see. ''He and his military are fighting to save the children. He leads this same fight on Earth''.

''We ARE going to win, aren't we?'' I worriedly asked as I took a last look at the little Lights.

No reply. Yikes. Why? Free Will still playing out? Mankind in the process waking up? Great Awakening.

What is happening in Spirit world: the fight to save the children/mankind - this is currently playing out on Earth right now, too.

This whole Q thing and President Trump and the hostility he's up against, and the Spiritual War in the Heavens, is all about 'saving the children', all the same fight, above and below. 'The children' and mankind, are one and the same. This is what is going on. This is what spirit showed me.
