You know the first missile video while you guys have gone with the obvious, my thought were how did those cameras survive being that close and whos first thought is it to film something like that in the negative, much less two people.

Outside of that I did go on to check out the video it suggested in the description. The comparison of the two are more interesting to me if thats how they really happened. We know the one did because we have seen it over and over since it happened and is still fresh in our minds. If the first one went off like that, would that be considered a signature hit or same kind of bomb from same country?

That term seems to come from a website titlted "LOST LORE AND THE UFO RAPTURE". The official DoD dictionary does not list it as an official abbreviation or acronym.
