Yup. Right now I'm literally chilling in my well air-conditioned apartment lol

Why is my country a third-world country when it comes to air conditioning? I see that... in North America, air conditioning is almost a given. What? My crime is living in the north. Like we do not get heat here?

Corncob pipe? You are OLD SKOOL! I raise my hat

It was different when i was a teen. You wanna be cool? You wanna be a part of... something. Then smoke. Otherwise you have zero rebel within you and we viewed those ones as lost causes...

According to researches, Alcohol consumption and cigarette smoking is losing popularity among teens and i feel really good about that. BS habits

Sometimes they ask me... the young ones.... "Could you go to the shop and buy me cigarettes/alcohol?"

I refuse every time and tell them the reason why. I am not lecturing to them, i just tell them that tobacco has ruined my lungs and alcohol has ruined everything else but lungs. And for those reasons, ask someone else.

They are most likely frustrated for not getting a buyer. They will get it elsewhere, no problem. It is just that... the buyer will not be me.

They might view me as a d*** but they will understand later. It might take two decades, but they will understand.

Smoking was the quintessential mark of the rebel when I was a teen, too. I had no real defense against it when my buddy - persistent in the worst way - peer pressured me into it. I didn't like smoking in and of itself at first, but I liked how the tobacco smelled like raisins. I finally kicked cigarettes back in 2016, when the desire to quit converged with a bout of respiratory illness. First, I switched from cigs to snus, then quit all tobacco completely for a year or so, after which I started smoking a pipe, which I have absolutely no qualms about doing and have no desire to give up. I sometimes "joke" that if I live long enough, I will take up cigarettes again.

Little one is good. She is taking more and more steps and starting to eat some normal foods, like bananas and cheerios. She is a little musician. She's always playing with shakers or drums, or pushing piano keys, or strumming my guitar and mandolin with me. It makes me so excited to play music with her as she grows.

I'll show up at the ice cave only if someone brings some magic dragon brownies.

Whatever you do, don't slip on the ice after eating the brownies. Just sayin'.

I'm so glad you put the "L" in there. Things could have been bad for all of us.

Greetings Sheddites. Have been unable to view, and connect to ATS for a few weeks.
Finally found that this site was classified as 'malicious' by my VPN. Probably part of the parcel when ATS was being de-listed, or lowered in profile by Giggle and other search-engines.

Hope all has been well for youze-all, as all is well in Nothinland. ( Hey! Perhaps that could be a name for my new micro-nation ? )

Have started putting some Maple-Syrup inside my masks, so that when a disagreeable person is being dealt with: can stick-out my tongue at them, and taste deliciousness, instead of their bitter sauce.

Seems like my morning coffee is accompanied with grunge. At it's most pure, finest, depressed form. The way it was in Seattle back in the nineties. Wish i had a time machine... a one-way ticket would be just fine. I would like to keep this age, but go back to... dunno... 1995. Seattle, Washington. Things to do: rock! (or grunge!) the whole city upside down (in a good way), Watch hockey champs, Finland is going to win their first gold ever. Unless i mess up the space-time continuum and Sweden beats us... once again... AND i would keep my mouth 100% shut about the c-word (PLANdemic)

However. Here is something a bit different. One of the most stylish rock stars out there. From February, this year.

Saying hello to everyone in Shedland tonight. Felling a bit disappointed (such a surprise, right?) as one of my very few friends was to call me today but it never happened.

This was to be the booster shot I needed to get a better picture of where I'll be living should my disability claim finally get approved.

At least I have this website to refer to for answers that I've been saving a long time just for this -
