In the current use of 1%, Q seems to be talking about the bad guys. (99% of agency persons are decent people, 1% are rogue.)

In the former mention of the 1%, I always looked at it as a mere euphemism for the size of the shock, meaning that the truth would shock almost everyone (99%) to the point of having to be hospitalized.

Maybe there is zero connection to the two mentions of 1%, but nevertheless, I am 'niggled' by it.

Wasn't Stephen at Camp David last week? He was the one shooting pool in the pic we were trying to pick apart. Stephen helps write some of Trump's speeches.

Following on from my previous post, I wanted to see if I could shine a dim light on this Shadow Government.

So, this is how it went… a couple of posts on the not-so-user-friendly-image-board piqued my interest with the dates the C_A were formed – apparently September 18th 1947. From there, I wanted to know who was President. That would be (as you all know) Harry S Truman the 33rd President (April 12th 1945 – January 20th 1953).

Now Truman was the man responsible for the unleashing of the A-bombs in Japan during August 1945. (Landings in Japan prior to the bombings were under the code names of Olympic for Phase 1 and Coronet (ironically) for Phase 2). Bit 'o' history - Truman and the Bombs

He was also pivotal in the creation of NATO in 1949 and the creation of Israel in 1948 and appears to have a hand in the creation of the European Project via the Marshall Plan (aka the EU). Source history.state.gov...

Now, no offense meant to our beloved CanadianMason here (and other Brothers), but having noted he was Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Missouri, and a 33rd Degree Freemason, it took me on a search of who else in the ‘higher ups’ were members.

Seems like quite a few. Now, I’m not going to go all ‘Ike’, but wanted to know the difference between Illuminati and Freemasons and found this explanation:

Both Illuminati and Freemasonry are organizations composed of freethinkers and intellectual individuals….Illuminati members are more of a “leftist” group as it was believed that its goal is to create a New World Order while working behind the scenes, while the Freemasons goal is to promote honor and chivalry among its members.

Anyways, I did want to find out whether Truman’s masonic links were connected to the C_A at all found an old report going back 18 years, authored by Robert Dougall Watt who worked for the European Court of Auditors – seems he called out some nefarious goings on within the EU machine

Robert’s report contains some interesting information: the Mafia in Europe; their invitations into the ‘Hood; C_A links to the Mafia; what was going on within the Vatican during the reign of Pope John Paul I (apparently quite a few within Vatican City had Masonic links) and the C_A’s involvement in European politics to name a few nuggets.

For instance, search for Operation Condor within the document and it brings you to this:
