Pretty sure the first thread on this was close to 500 pages, may have been just under or just over.

Part 1 went to 278 pages.

If covid-19 worked like other corona viruses, in the respect the quote below states, there wouldn't be much reason for concern about re-infection of recently infected patients who tested negative:

The one caveat to my entire position is the possibility of this being some kind of genetically engineered monstrosity - if it is, and has some kind of secondary/follow-on payload(s) that we have yet to see, then all bets are off.

I still think that proper supplementation would go a long way to increasing your chances of survival, but hey - when it comes to the purely evil genius of mankind, anything is possible.
It doesn't have to be genetically engineered to be difficult to get rid of. The scientists cited in this article compare it to HIV and I don't think HIV was genetically engineered.

“This means that the antibodies are not effective at clearing the virus,” Ostrov told The Daily Beast. “This is relevant when thinking about viruses and vaccines. HIV also stimulates production of antibodies that fail to clear the virus, as do many other viruses, such as hepatitis virus C.”

tanstaafl, you may be looking at an overly simplistic view thinking this is just another virus. I wouldn't be so quick to jump to that conclusion until it's better understood, but it is definitely not just another flu. It has some nasty features, whether natural or engineered, or maybe it occurred naturally in bats but it's still not clear to me exactly how it passed from bats to humans. Maybe the Chinese research lab where the outbreak started had something to do with that, but I'm not getting the impression they engineered it completely.

Yes, all CrazeeWorld777 had to do was click the link in the OP to part 1 to see it was 278 pages, so I don't know why a wildly inaccurate figure of 500 would be posted instead with the qualifier "pretty sure".

You do have to wonder if sometime in the future we (those that survive) will be looking back in astonishment at the number of mistaken and ill advised procedures recommended that were done so premature of anyone's understanding of what this virus really is capable of.

I prefer to look back and laugh at how stupid our decisions were (mass quarantine and all), then to look back and say "we should have taken it more seriously"... Though, there is still the issue of what TPTB are doing right now to take advantage of this situation (if they will take away some of our liberties after all of this has passed)....

I'll give you an example of something that happened in Chile in 2010 after the 8.8 Richter earthquake. A lot of people after the earthquake in towns and cities near the sea fled to the hills expecting a tsunami to come. However, the president of that time (Michelle Bachelet) and the military authorities in charge of monitoring the ocean, made the decision that no tsunami was going to take place. So the cops went to the hills and told the people to go back to their houses, to not to worry. Well, tsunami came and lots died. Now we issue a warning to evacuate every time an earthquake is above a certain magnitude, no matter what.

Don't want to argue the effectiveness of lockdowns, ours here in Aus is obviously working. Numbers are so good an extended lockdown is hard to justify.

Now they have come up with this, exposes an agenda behind it all, clutching at straws. Just have to keep it going until the economy fails.

A winter flu season means Australia's coronavirus lockdown could last for months

So the virus seems to be an extremely prolific replicator and spills over into other bodily systems from the respiratory, is that what I'm gathering here?

Possibly. That would be my guess but I don't have any real data (I'm not a scientist in a virology lab working on this or a physician.) I do know that this kind of thing can happen with other diseases.

The fizzing sounds like a sympton of shingles.
Like little electric shocks through certain areas of the body.

shingles virus lives in the stem or part that connects from back of your neck to head.

central nervous system produces the little tingly fizzing feelings.

One theory is that the virus targets ACE-2 receptors. These receptors are found in the respirator, circulatory and renal systems. Respiratory is the easiest entry point, but it has been known to migrate.

Strange and somewhat disconcerting that the Rona has symptoms and effects similar to other viruses, lends credence to the bioweapon arguments.

Seen "like HIV" so many times now, and in relation to different aspects, coincidence probability goes down each mention.

The majority of patients in this international cohort demonstrated clinical improvement and no new safety signals were identified with remdesivir treatment,” Gilead said in a statement.

How is that any better than the other drug mix? Their study was only 56 patients and only a majority? The Chlor-Zpack has had studies of over a 1000 patients with 80%+ improvement rates. Other studies had even higher success rates.

It's all about the Benjamins not saving the most lives.
