Ah yes... similar to the "boat without oars" punishment of Biblical times! Tow the condemned out to see on a boat without oars, leave them adrift with no means to navigate the ship, and let them receive their just rewards -- because by golly gee God will save them if He thinks they deserve it...

its not just the elderly who are at the highest risk, altogether you'd be arresting over 100 million people which is impossible and what would doing such a thing even accomplish? it still spreads among everyone else...
