Ever heard of the term "shadow banning"? I've suffered it through youtube several years ago when I started speaking simple truths. Literally, if I looked for my comments on any video, they would appear to me, but yet if I use a different account and view the same page, my comment wouldn't appear. So from my point of view, I just think everyone is ignoring me, but the reality is that I was the only one seeing it.

Censorship has been going on for a very long time now, and they have all sorts of means to do it.

There is also the echo chamber aspect. News and feeds tailored to your interests, and ability to block out what you aren't interested in. So blissful ignorance is easy to attain even without suppression.

No, you aren't going mad.you are seeing the reality. That is why places like this are a relief... but yet, I know that it will be watched. I'm already on the blacklist for sure, but I got past the shock of it. Now I just wave at them... or the AI, whatever it is that does it (Hello fingermen!). It isn't paranoia, sadly it is real. Any mainstream outlet partakes in it.
Those being censored might not even realise, but then wonder why no one seems to care.

It is a sick sick world, in more ways than one. Ironically, I've answered many of my own questions from the previous post.

What's all this about? No wonder Brits aren't taking it seriously.

Coronavirus chaos at UK borders as up to 7,500 visitors arrive in Britain from the three nations with highest death tolls in last week... and flights from Italy, China and Iran are STILL landing

www.dailymail.co.uk...

Planes have arrived in London from Rome, Beijing and Shanghai every day this week. Direct flights from Rome are also still due to arrive next week. The route between London and Rome has remained open despite British Airways, easyJet and Ryanair cancelling all flights between Italy and Britain.

Iran Air is still operating three flights a week from the capital Tehran and in the last seven days three Iranian aircraft landed at Heathrow.

On Saturday two Air China flights from Beijing and a China Eastern jet from Shanghai landed at Heathrow, while a flight from Shanghai arrived at Gatwick. This afternoon, a flight from Imam Khomeini International Airport in Tehran, is due to arrive at Heatrow Airport at around 3pm this afternoon. At least 16 flights landed at Heathrow from Leonardo da Vinci International Airport in Rome since March 15. A further three are due to land today. Since last Sunday, 11 Air China Dreamliner jets landed at Heathrow from Beijing Capital International Airport.

If a leader enacts a quarantine, they are a draconian leader. If a leader does nothing, they just don’t care. If they put an order out, that is not enforceable, then some individuals will choose not to comply.

With freedom come responsibility. If we as a society do not exercise responsibility when required, then just as a child is disciplined, so shall society lose its freedom.

One of the drawbacks to being quarantined, especially in an apartment type complex, is Cabin Fever. As each community/nation moves closer towards quarantining their area, be mindful of those who will become more depressed, the longer a quarantine lasts.

As of this afternoon 1 out of every 9500 Americans have tested positive for Covid-19.

I know this isn't news so much, but I just want to follow up on the Pandemic bank holiday season here in the UK... because it blows my mind. I'm trying to get a handle on all the people I see out there living in blissful ignorance. Do they even know what is going on?

All the bikers I mentioned at the start of the day ended up in Matlock Bath and many other popular destinations.
I just found this tweet:-

"Have you seen the pictures of Matlock Bath? It's full of bikers and families, enjoying the sunshine like a normal spring weekend. Meanwhile I'm at home with a feverish coughing baby, and after our 14 day isolation will be back working in the hospital lab."

It is beyond belief. I'm not even sure how you reach these people. There is a whole tonne of shaming going on though with Covidiot! trending here. It still frustrates the living hell out of me all these hours later. If it is the same tomorrow, I'll probably start breathing fire and begin my road sign painting operation. Hope other counties suffer less moronic behaviour.
Anyway, it seems like a small thing, but when the numbers go through the roof here, this will be why.

Spreading awareness is actually pretty important at this point. I might design some printable signs for people to put up in their windows, or on roadsides or something.

it is really annoying the hell out of me as well, these people are very selfish and ignorant! I am sharing the sky news vid as much s I can to spread awareness...

Girl of 12 on ventilator has no underlying conditions.

www.dailymail.co.uk...

An 18 year old died from this virus earlier in the UK aswell.

A 12-year-old girl with no pre-existing conditions is on a ventilator and ‘fighting for her life’ in an Atlanta hospital after she tested positive for the coronavirus. The girl, who was only identified as Emma, was diagnosed with pneumonia on March 15. She has since tested positive for coronavirus, her cousin, Justin Anthony, told CNN. Anthony said that Emma had no pre-existing conditions and did not travel recently to any foreign country. The family does not know how she contracted the virus, according to Anthony.

I just saw this shared on FB

I have been admitting patients to critical care and this is what I tell them: Your lungs are failing so we believe it would be in your best interest to take you up to the critical care unit, send you off to sleep, pass a tube down your throat and put you on breathing machine until your lungs heal which might take days or weeks(or maybe never) and before taking them up i suggest they call thier families to let them know whats happening (say their goodbyes because they might not get another chance) over the phone because they are not allowed visitors. People are dying alone without having their loved ones to hold their hand, hug, kiss or even see them. I wish people would appreciate how horrific this is.
Protect youselves and your loved ones by staying at home.

www.facebook.com...

This is terribly sad. But him saying they will 'send you off to sleep' made me remember a Sky News interview yesterday with a doctor in scrubs who was at the London hospital that had a critical incident.
He talked about 'putting patients to sleep' quite nonchalantly and hadn't heard that is what happens before.
I assume this normal procedure? I suppose as a non-medic I didn't realise this is what happens. It sounds so sad and it seems like if you get to this point based on the data we have seen, that you don't recover. Awful for doctors and medics.
Will repost this again as it's from Dr Jack - working in a busy London hospital- and it is quite harrowing.

That depressing video that Sky News filmed in Bergamo, Italy in the hospital (with the sci fi style head coverings on the patients) has been taken down!

Maybe on Facebook, but it's still on YouTube:

So, 2 new stories that are top of the news in the UK.

Firstly, and though this might not be connected, I think it might relate with the madness that is sure to follow the loss of drugs to those with mental illnesses... illegal or legal (this is the one aspect i am fearing the most). I've heard of heroin addicts who are on morphine going dangerously insane attacking a pharmacy because they couldn't get their fix. Smashing windows etc. This was years ago, but that will still apply now. So when I see the headline...
Girl, seven, stabbed to death by stranger in Bolton park
...and the police saying... "We understand that the woman has some history of mental illness and we are working to understand if this played any part in her motive." I think of that incident. Keep an eye out for more of this, because it worries me that we're going to see a huge uptick in it.

Then, another story... and this is a big one...

All McDonalds in UK to close by tomorrow

LAST CHANCE TO GET A MCDONALDS EVERYONE!!! LAST CHANCE!!! CLOSES BY 7PM TOMORROW! ARRRRRRG!

So, we'll see more mass gatherings, photos flooding twitter of insanity queues, as people rush to get their last McDonalds before the curtain falls. If we didn't have enough super spreading events and holidays going on, this will be one of the big ones!
Of course, if this was done without the intent of further spreading the virus, they'd close without warning, now.
But announcing that they WILL close, well, it means only one thing. More people to call Covidiots on twitter and joke about. Sick.

Second man dies at Royal Stoke Hospital

Pasta, rice running low as massive stockpiling drains drought decimated supply

Farmers who grow durum wheat crops, which is processed into pasta, say most of their remaining wheat supplies are needed to plant a winter crop

Pasta supplier Barilla sources its products from Italy where its factories are under high demand to get more supplies for shipping to Australia.

After one of the worst droughts in living memory, Australia’s rice industry, which is reliant on heavy irrigation, can no longer meet national demand.

“Truckies are telling us they’re being delayed for days or even up to a week.”

news.com.au

We are running low on staple grains, not good at all, and it's only just starting.

They blame hoarders and drought, certainly, but two of the above are supply chain issues.

This conference is logistics.

Mainly invoking Title 32 for the respective state governors.

The DPA is also released...FEMA presence in all effort as well...

I must admit, with all the congressional efforts...adding to this (today as I hear the points)...he is attempting to bring the ship around to broadside.

Monday has already been the day Pence's task force announces...it is important now to separate the two efforts.

The market will respond.

That definitely doesn't sound good. I hope it isn't what we're all fearing and that your condition improves quickly! Please keep us updated if you can find the strength! Are you taking IS supplements like Vitamine C & D?

Also, yes, the lockdown is coming very soon. People aren't listening, still going to mass population places like the beach etc. They are risking the life's of everyone who is old and/or suffering from certain conditions. Not to mention the general populace. The only solution is a mandatory lockdown with a very high fine if people still decide to be stubborn idiots. We should've done this immediately, but Rutte...

Anyway, I hope you get well soon! Stay strong.
