When all of this is over, meaning some sort of return to normalcy, what do you think will happen to the real estate market?
I think there might be a lot more empty houses.
Ones that were owned by senior citizens when all of this began.

Glad you have seen the same as me in the media/real life/Facebook
It's bloody madness! One sunny (ish) day and the people are out!
Also agree with saladfingers in his thoughts on why people are going out - they don't like being told not to, and also think it's some sort of paid holiday!

Looks great, tho you won't get many clicks without a bit of an explanation :
Tomas Pueyo : "Coronavirus : The Hammer and The Dance"
Small quote from the beginning of the (long) article :
This article follows Coronavirus: Why You Must Act Now, with over 40 million views and 30 translations. If you agree with this article, consider signing the corresponding White House petition. Translations available in 23 languages at the bottom. Running list of endorsements here. 5 million views so far.
Summary of the article: Strong coronavirus measures today should only last a few weeks, there shouldn’t be a big peak of infections afterwards, and it can all be done for a reasonable cost to society, saving millions of lives along the way. If we don’t take these measures, tens of millions will be infected, many will die, along with anybody else that requires intensive care, because the healthcare system will have collapsed.
Hope it all works out OK.

My 85yo mother is not feeling well this afternoon. We have been in lock in since the 13th. Last time she was out was on the 10th for a medical procedure. I have gone out twice for propane and meds, but wore N95 and gloves both times. Sprayed everything down when I got home.
I hope she did not pick it up almost 2 weeks ago. This is what I was trying to prevent. I will keep you all updated, hopefully it is just something minor.
Trump has given a lot of power to the individual states.

Canada is trying to repatriate many of its citizens or permanent residents.
Incoming travellers have to self-isolate for 14 days. Yet, in this article we see a wife being picked up by her husband at the airport as she arrives. He is wearing gloves. He handed her flowers. They are walking shoulder to shoulder but will,
and the two will try to keep their distance from each other — as hard as that may be after spending months apart.
They will share a car ride home (he came to pick her up) and have already been in close contact.
The other picture in the article shows a tight hug and the incoming traveller greets his loved one.
Will those folks they are living with also self-isolate? We know that people aren’t, whether they are the ones who are supposed to as they are incoming travellers or those who they live with who didn’t travel.

Just out of curiosity do the American guys and girls believe in Trumps ability to handle of this?
Not sure what your getting at. President Trump is doing what every other President has done under crisis, he put a travel ban with china soon as it started and got slammed for it. I believe he was called a (gasp) racist, he was accused of overreacting. He got the right people together to respond to it.
I mean sure he's not in the lab creating a vaccine for this, but yeah, I think he's handling this as good as he can.
GOP senators told CNN Paul was in the gym with colleagues Sunday morning, and several pointed out how close Paul had sat to others during Senate lunches in recent days. Sen. Jerry Moran of Kansas said he saw Paul in the Senate swimming pool Sunday, according to a source in the GOP lunch.

Been in bed for the most part of the day. Coughing, extreme fever. Feeling hot, but my body shakes as never before. Breathing is difficult, out of breath while I am doing some dishes. Not normal.
Not feeling well at the moment, but thanks for the update I will read the sources you posted.
I think lockdown is coming soon, what do you think Asgaard?
