Yes, unfortunately we didn’t get to speak longer so I could get more details different from what we have.
I didn’t want to push the issue with her having 2 kids and being away from her family and husband etc.
She did say quarantine was comfortable and the food was ok verging on good.
My wife will continue to chat with her as much as able.
I got the feeling her phone time was limited and maybe monitored. But maybe that’s my tin foil hat speaking.

A school in Southampton uk has been closed due to coronavirus fears, letter from headteachers reads :
"I am sorry to inform you that a family with children at the prep and senior departments who have recently travelled to the region affected by coronavirus have developed symptoms similar to those presenting with the coronavirus, and having been checked by medical professionals at Southampton General Hospital have been placed in isolation."

I hope I’m wrong but I fear I’m correct.
CCP continues to refuse releasing the animal samples from the meat market. Logically makes no sense, if some animals were contaminated then share it out.
Logically makes sense if the animals aren’t infected they would refuse to share those samples.
I still feel it came from the lab and was accidentally released. That is part of the missing piece IMHO but not all of it.

Or else they're embarrassed because they don't have those samples or they're in a very, very poor state. It's also possible there are a lot of animals there that shouldn't be because after the swine epidemic, they stopped enforcing restriction that should be in place, so some of those samples show animals that China has said they're not trafficking anymore. So more face saving ... or ... if you want to put on some real tinfoil ... maybe it wasn't all animal meat ... Remember, they're short of protein, really, really, short.
Equally likely that if it came out of that lab, it was used test animals. Standard protocol is to destroy them. Again, they're short of protein. Really, really, short. But in that case, it doesn't have to be a bio weapon at all. But it's still more or less a natural process of zoonosis that way because there's no telling how whatever they were testing may or may not have changed in response to the test animal.
But that wasn't quite the missing piece I was talking about though. Sure the source of infection is important, but I'm talking what's causing it to be so deadly and contagious in Wuhan and other parts of China while the observed chains of infection in the rest of the world so far have been relatively mild by comparison.
We need to know why it's behaving like it is in China before that situation causes it to flare up in similar fashion elsewhere.

Basically, what they were saying is that the strain of corona virus this one is most closely related to resides normally in bats and infects them as its primary host.
Generally, this thing then likely passed through some other organism on its way to infecting a human which is where it picked up the rest of its mutations/RNA before jumping to humans.
This happens all the time with influenza strains. They hop from birds to pigs to people all the time and back and forth, round and round. The furthest a strain is from anything resembling a known human strain, the sicker it makes us when we get it. That's why this is making us so sick. It's not very closely at all related to any of the typical strains of corona virus that circulate seasonally in humans.
So it makes us very, very sick, and our immune systems will freak out the first time they see it making us feel that much worse. Between the two, it could kill us even with an even higher chance than regular corona virus. This happens every time a new strain of corona virus (or influenza for that matter) makes the jump from its usual animal host to people. In this case, it came from the bats, same with SARS. In the case of MERS, it jumped out of camels.
They still don't know what the intermediate host was. They are thinking it might be pangolins now, but they don't really know. Early on, they thought it might be snakes too, but it wasn't. And of course, people think it might be some kind of lab creation. Can't rule that one out for sure.
