Probably. Except it probably was not an illegal market.

China's standards of animal welfare and husbandry are non-existant. It is possible that in some squallid and brutal market nature decided to pay humanity back for their revolting treatment of the animals crammed therein.

This guy's a riot. I haven't watched the whole video ... but let me warn you: Sometimes he says bad words.
