It doesnt matter if Vindman claims he didnt feel his comment was disobeying the Presidents orders. He admitted excatly what he discussed, and that was in fact telling his counter part to not adhere to trumps request because it would be getting involved in US domestic politics.
As to whether or not Zelensky listened, why is that releveant to the point that Vindman was telling to Ukraine not to comply with trumps request?

Each "closed door" witness so far reeks of coached testimonies on the teetering edges of perjury all selectively highlighting innuendo, conjecture, and legal double talk. I wonder how many teams of lawyers are on this ? đ

Common thread with all these witnesses. They "THOUGHT" the U.S. President was not implementing foreign policy properly.
This impeachment thing will backfire on Democrats, like the Mueller witch-hunt did. Sucking all the air out of the room for nothing.

The whistle blower probably came by the information in the course of his or her job. I doubt it was the cleaning lady or even a secretary who types letters.
Weak sauce.
You have no proof.

No wonder Adam Schiff wouldn't let Republicans have personal copies of any Witness transcripts.
He DOCTORED THEM, according to President Trump.

... and your âarticleâ states clearly that the Ukrainians knew that Trump was pro-Russian and that there were Russian state actors working to get Trump elected.
Thanks for proving that the Russians were working for Trump ... once again.
Yes yes I know. You are ok with foreign interference as long as it benefits your side.
I mean it was perfectly fine for Ukraine to interfere, because they thought trump was pro russian.
Thank you for making it clear to everyone just how hypocritical you all are.
I am not okay with any foreign interference in our elections. And I am not on a side. Unlike you.
Now, how did the Ukraine âinterfereâ? Specifically, since itâs all smoke an mirrors anyway, what did the individual you claim interefered âLushchenkoâ ... what DID HE DO?
The only one who looks hypocritical here is you. Youâre blatantly lying about what I said three posts above this one.

Who cares. trump sure isnt interested is he?
The only corruption he is interested in is the corruption that will cloud the water before election day.
He doesnt care a fig about corruption.. Its his relegion. He cares about getting dirt and he cares about winning.
The Hunter Biden story is dead. Why dont you let it rest. There is nothing to it. There never was anything to it.
The only way to make something of it is to twist the facts and lie.

The source says what leschenko did, I showed what he did as well.
You just didnt read it.
Quoting a foreign politician saying they interfered in the election to help hillary win is not an opinion, its a fact.
Do you honestly not see the difference.
I again repeat, thats pathetic.
âPeople knew that" Manafort had worked for the Ukrainian government before joining his presidential campaign, the president said. Trump then went on to downplay Manafort's role in his election. "He was replaced long before the election. You know that, right? He was replaced long before the election. When all of this stuff started coming out, it came out during the election. But Paul Manafort, whoâs a good man also, by the way -- Paul Manafort was replaced long before the election took place. He was only there for a short period of time," Trump said.
