Language, words.... thoughts occur and there is a knowing that they are occuring.
Thoughts happen and there is a belief that there is 'someone in there' doing thoughts.... there is no one in the body or the thoughts.

Thought assumes a thinker...... a thing separate from all that is.

i cant remember the exact moment, But ive always had memories from being a toddler. our minds are incredible.
