So I would bet that vote on thursday now gets delayed.........

seems the dems win in court is not really a win yet......

without that "win" the vote will fail

The impeachment is all about removing a duly elected President with whatever means they can get away with, because basically they don’t like this President for going against all their Marxist Deep State plans and income redistribution, and world domination and population control. It was the Progressives who embraced eugenics and Margaret Sanger at the turn of the century. It was Progressives who wanted higher and higher taxes. Progressives of both parties are big spenders. The Deep State of both parties are responsible for this. But especially the more radical elements of the Democrats.

In the YT video Lead-In... the News-Man clearly States:

Pelosi will have house vote, this week, to Formalize the Impeachment Inquiry Process....

What is being done is : throwing out All prior Processes of regulated 'Hearings' 'Investigations' and legal processes of all the combined past Presidential Impeachments that were crafted on 'Evidence' and 'Discovery of Facts', the standards followed in Courts-of-Law....

Pelosi wants to change ALL That to a new standard of hearsay and feelings being the balance-scales of Justice in case of; Democrats vs Trump

IOW, the closed panel of mud-slinging that Pelosi termed an Impeachment Inquiry becomes the 'Standard' of truth in sending a Trial request to the Senate....
talk about old USSR tactics....can't be anymore snakey than this ploy by the House leadership, huh

ETA: Pelosi got all the GOP and Trump administration Huffing And Snorting like a Bull looking at a Red Cape...Pelosi will likely get the Trump Bull to Charge recklessly at the waving Red Cloth...
My warning to the Trump Legal Team...the 'Trojan Horse' House Vote on the Impeachment Inquiry Process (a radically different Limbo Stick to Dance underneath successfully) is designed to circumvent all existing Impeachment protocols with the new, Pelosi set of rules...

Your assumptions are your issue. For future reference I don't trust any corporate media.

But, I was joking in that case.

I thought Lindsey's Committee would have updated the info. I was mistaken. Thanks for the information.

So, now that there's 50 signers, and Pence makes 51, that's still not what the White House wanted to see. I mean, it's a purely political gesture, but still.

Couldn't care less...

What do you think they expected? Romney to sign on? Rotflmao! Murkowski? Collins? Two really big maybe's but also who cares.

The bottom line is, it is virtually all of them - and enough to make a simple majority.

50 signed and Mike Pence makes it a clear loss for the Dems.

Indeed you did. You assumed that I believe CNN; you are mistaken.

Excellent, good to know I can avoid wasting time on social niceties in our future discussion.

Who cares? That is used a lot in your posts; indicates a limited imagination and vocabulary.

Ask yourself in turn: why would Pelosi and the Democrats care about Ms. Lindsey's resolution?

That was the rather ridiculous claim you made that created this particular waste of time.

What do you conceive the loss will be? Resolutions are like a strongly-worded letter.

Text of Pelosi's resolution released.

Minority will now have the right to subpoena but that can be overruled by committee.

If and when it is voted on.

Right now it is just an unsigned document.

Your assumption that I believed you would believe CNN is incorrect. I said that about posting from a source you trusted just as a joke.

Excellent, good to know I can avoid wasting time on social niceties in our future discussion.

Yeah, thanks, I don't do 'social niceties'...

Who cares? That is used a lot in your posts;

No, it really isn't. If you want to claim otherwise, the burden of proof is on you.

Ask yourself in turn: why would Pelosi and the Democrats care about Ms. Lindsey's resolution?

Because they realized they would be made a laughing stock if they went to all that trouble, only to have the Senate declare it illegitimate and dismiss it without even having a trial.

That was the rather ridiculous claim you made that created this particular waste of time.

Yet here you ware, wasting away...

I do this for fun, and can go all day...

In rough order ...

Oddly, don't care.

No problem.

We disagree.

The only time the Senate has ever declined an Impeachment was in 1797. Given McConnell's past trampling of the Constitution, you might have a point, interestingly though, Chief Justice Roberts will preside in this Constitutionally-mandated action, therefore, I believe we will see a trial. If the Senate simply refuses, the Democrats can run Rick and Morty in 2020 and win.

Youtoob. Kewl.
