I'm not 100% on the laws right now. They seem to change day by day and differ depending on your local Sheriff. Either way, I'd rather be in jail for protecting my fam than hurt because I wasn't allowed to protect us. My item is Cal legal and registered, so I assume if someone breaks in with intent to harm I'm ok to defend. But, with Cali, you never know.

I've only seen the Coast Guard helo. They have a base near by and I don;t believe local PD has one. So, I think CG is helping keep an eye on things right now. I know they were hovering over out neighborhood for a while this afternoon and we are about a mile or two from the water.

As soon as I watched Trump's video playing We Will Rock You, I had a feeling this was connected to Frese either intentionally or by that "high strangeness" we sometimes experience in these threads.

In a twit a couple of days ago, Frese responded to somebody's question about favorite revenge movie. His answer was The Rock.

It's possible that this would be used for a call out. I mean people are already getting buggy and you know how much everyone loves to riot when the power goes out. Think 5 days of no power in Cali. Everyone will be running out of water and some foods. Those that were prepared would be hunkered down. Pretty easy for this state to jump into making a grab for what they can get, seems to be our states motto.
