At campuses throughout the country, outspoken Christians are regularly demeaned, debased and targeted for their beliefs. Academics, social groups, and college organizations regularly ridicule Christians by calling them hateful, bigoted, and privileged, among other labels. They conveniently forget that Christians have historically been among the most persecuted religious groups in the world and are still persecuted at ever-increasing levels throughout countries in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

Incidents like these demonstrate how Christians are being targeted in the United States for adhering to their values. Yup.. The Falon Gong mirror Buddhism very closely in their practices of meditation and moral philosophy. Yet, they have it very bad in China. They are imprisoned, tortured, and if many recent reports are correct, are killed and used for cheap organs.

I believe Chinas model to be a test run for when the world is “globally united”.

Say what you want about religion and the Bible (while you can), but revelations seems to be playing out pretty accurately so far.

In the first place you are presuming that we know every detail of a very simplified story.

Another thing is not knowing when this occurred you have no idea how many kinds of creatures existed.
Could it be there were many "Noahs" and many Arks not just the one.

Could it be that god divided the people with a change in location and languages not because he was angry but because mankind was busy trying to accomplish something destructive to the world? A course we now may have resumed.

Also the bible does not say things don't evolve, in fact after losing perfection and dying everything began to degenerate.
The possibilities are endless.

Anyways, the Romans needed to nip the "real" Christians in the bud, so they coopted and created the new "Christian" Religion.
This is history. You can look into it.
What we have today is a very homogenized, very cut off from true enlightenment, watered down, sometimes evil, government (rome) religion.
That's why a lot of people perceive Christians as "nothing like Jesus" - because, unfortunately, they are - nothing like Jesus. In actuality, they are (for the most part), very complacent, dubious of others, prideful, scared of change and unfortunately very ignorant when it comes to true spirituality and the big meaning of life.
Just getting fat and waiting around for Jesus to come. Totally missing the point and a large majority of these "Christians" will most likely have to come back and do this world over in a new form. They will need to keep coming back until they get it right. The biggest trap that we face is the religion trap. That will lead you nowhere except to total assimilation on this Hellscape that we exist on.
