What I never understood was why all those people when asked to testify were allowed not too because they had signed no disclosure agreements. If you are asked to testify in a criminal case should that not make nda null and void? But yes I believe he was very guilty of stuff he was accused of . The Jesus juice in the coke cans were found to be true. Also Mr Jackson himself was most likely abused by Joe Jackson throughout his childhood which also probably led his sexual abuse of those kids because he was in control. I like fine art and artful photography but why would you hunt down a rare book of naked young boys from a homosexual photographer made in the 1930s? The whole reason such a stink being made is because people controlling his song catalog and rights to his likeness are afraid of losing revenue period.

I have no idea where you got some idea that people were asked to testify and not allowed to....And yah, there was no NDA either.

This is why I defend the man. The DEAD man. Dead man unable to defend himself.

Because people believe so much BS that isn't even true.

I have done my due diligence on this subject and although there is "smoke" with some accusers sounding credible and combine that with Michael's naivety about how his own behavior appeared to others- paint a damning picture for sure.

But when it gets down to the nuts and bolts and FACTS, there are none that prove he was a pedophile or that he abused anyone.

I watched the documentary last night and I found the men very credible. Although I have to say one of the mums in my eyes seemed like a pushy stage mum who was naive at the very least. I didn't feel she felt as bad as she made out, more feeling sorry for herself for being cut off by the family. Atleast the other mother used to question it and would creep by the room and listen to what was going on even though his team tried to keep her away from them. It was quite upsetting to watch and their reactions and emotional turmoil were for me Atleast very genuine.

But why shouldn't some people have compensation for their entire lives being ruined. It doesn't just affect people emotionally or mentally but a combination of those things over many years can have a detrimental effect physically on a person. Don't you think that maybe that is one way for people to snatch a little bit of control back from their abusers, who undoubtedly manage their whole lives under the shadow of some sick twisted individuals. I'm not saying every case is like that but I cannot blame people for doing that at all. It is a whole complicated and messy grey area.

Wade was fine and dandy until he was dropped from 'Cirque de Soliel' job...... he then realised that he had to get money another way.

Anyone who has watched 'Leaving Neverland' and not watched the videos that are supplied in the op are only seeing one side.....

In a court of law there are two sides presented to the jury....

Wade Robson and James Safechuck are going to hell.

They either lied in the past and allowed others to be abused.

Or they are lying now.

But I don't blame him, that blame should be reserved for his father. He destroyed his own family for his own selfish need of wealth and fame. Sure Michael wasn't a saint, but when you are raised by a monster... something was gonna give.

So in effect you're giving him a pass. Maybe one could understand one instance of abuse due to trauma, but all those children who spent time there or that creepy secret room.

Or those security guards who covered for him?

Cmon man

It's sickening how quickly people jump on the bandwagon when they see a chance to make a quick buck at the expense of an artist who understands how popular opinion can ruin lives. Countless examples of mass hysteria turning baseless allegations into a crusade of "better safe than sorry". At the end of the day, the bottom line is the same: innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.

Here is a discussion about 'Leaving Neverland' and about how unethical it is.

I foresee many lawsuits and they will not be against MJ or his estate.

Aside from a few people on ATS who the hell knows about the Jimmy Savile stuff???? And what happened with that has justice been served?

How many have come forward with stories of Jimmy Saville? How many with claims against MJ?

Don't compare the 2, they are not comparable.

Obviously, people believe what they want to believe.

ATS is no different apparently than the rest of the world. Same people who were defending Judge Kavanaugh when all those women came forward now have no interest in giving the same consideration for MJ.

I have watched all the videos on both sides. I have also suffered abuse myself as a very young child.

And I still believe that MJ was acquitted of all criminal charges in a court of law and allegations alone do not prove a thing.

And smearing a dead icon is low and evil and worth 1.5 billion apparently *shrug*.

People don't believe what they 'want' to believe....... people are easily manipulated by propaganda.
And are too ignorant to look beyond the emotional triggers that the docudrama presented.

"all those children"?

How about you name them ALL.....

Name "all those children" that have come forward with claims they spent time in "that creepy secret room".

Your comment tell me exactly what I suspect. That you actually have not spent a minute looking into the few allegations that the corrupt disgusting mainstream media is spreading in order to learn the TRUTH about what really happened.

For ATS persons this is shameful.

I see that many ATS people have nothing to say either way about this subject matter. And that is likely because they don't feel comfortable chiming in on the subject that they haven't researched properly. And that is okay.

So tell me, how well have you researched this subject? And don't forget to give us all the names of "all those children".

Thanks

Keep in mind that the docudrama was totally one-sided and there are always two sides to every story.

Not only that but his innocence was proven in court and the authorities looked good and hard for evidence and there was none to be found. So, what we have here is - Still guilty even though proven innocent!

This video speaks about and shows how Wades wife lied on 'Leaving Neverland"......or on the orginal charity page.

They changed their charity page after the docudrama was aired.... and the above video captured the removed one.

Oh and the minimum donation is 250 dollars.
