ETA: Also, the lines on the paper shows that it is pen sized. Not sure what else you think it could be.

Because it was (intended to be) the same kind of phony "look at me finding Russian boogeymen" indictment as when he indicted all those nameless Twitter posters that he can't actually prosecute. He can't admit it was just a bullsh!t exercise in justifying his paycheck, so the alternative is to engineer a situation where the case cannot proceed, and it eventually dies because of Due Process problems.

Well I watched them scrub that article in real life.. I have 5 screen shots of a handwritten notebook research saved in my iPad, it was there, I didn’t get all the shots, but the article said to save them, because they would probably go down.. they did. That article can’t be found and I remember for serversl hours the site had a message across the screen about the network. Being down.. when it came back up it was normal but all evidence of that article was gone. It was back in the fall.. one day when I figure out how to upload the screenshots maybe I can share. If you do an ATS SEARCH for American digital news it’ll show the posts in this thread about them. I wish I could’ve saved more of it..

David Hawkins is both eloquent and very knowledgeable on their control and their evil. He mentions the phones in the white house which are supposed to go to the top brass directly route through Serco to an operator - mystifying.
