1. Still not sure if JC uploaded the videos in 2016, we don't have definitive proof.
2. JC has definitely seen classified videos and several versions of the TIC-TAC.
3. Fravor is JC's connection to the eastcoast event. Fravor is good buds with the pilot that took the gimbal video.
6. Feels like the Navy declaring that "UFOs are real" is all we are going to get for awhile.

So ignore everything in Tom's books.
The CEO of TTSA.
The guy Zondo says is the boss.
The guy who came up with the plan the government supposedly signed off on.
Just ignore him and concentrate on what exactly?

I see I am not the only one asking that question.

Counter-Intelligence for foreign countries not the ufo community.
You say to focus in AATIP but according to "big beautiful Lue" AATIP was derived from AAWSAP
The program was nicknamed Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP). People have had trouble trying to get documents out of the Pentagon by saying they want all documents on AATIP, and they have a hard time because that wasn’t the actual name of the program. “Advanced Aerospace Weapons Systems Application Program” is the actual name of the program. But AATIP was the nickname it went by.

The eastern Utah basin is among few known areas to experience ozone formation in the winter, a phenomenon thought to be linked to emissions from the region’s oil and gas operations “By implementing simple, straightforward pollution standards for oil and gas sector, the state of Utah and the Environmental Protection Agency can deliver major clean air benefits for people in Duchesne and Uintah counties,” Jon Goldstein, director of regulatory and legislative affairs for the Environmental Defense Fund, said in a written statement.
Higher-than-normal mercury levels found in fish also prompted the drainage of the reservoir. "The Bureau of Indian Affairs began refilling Bottle Hollow Reservoir in the spring of 1992. Beginning in the spring of 1992 and continuing through September 1993, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Ute Fish and Wildlife Department worked to coordinate the stocking of trout obtained from Jones Hole National Fish Hatchery," said Cobell. Analysis of trout collected for mercury test samples in 1992 indicated levels had dropped below the unsafe levels.
The reservoir is owned and operated by the Ute Indian Tribe in conjunction with the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA). Workers began draining the reservoir in 1989 in order to repair an outlet works gate that had become inoperable."We had concerns about the safety of people living below the reservoir," stated Fred Chavez, BIA Land Operation manager. "The gate stems were damaged, and we couldn't open them completely.
"Bottle Hollow is in the process of being refilled by the Bench Canal just to the west. To increase circulation, fresh water from the Uinta River will be diverted through the reservoir, then run into the Henry Jim Canal," Hansen said.
The complete drainage of the reservoir also allowed core samples to be taken to determine if suspected contamination may have been responsible for less than ideal conditions that had cropped up just prior to 1989.
When contaminant levels are unsafe, Utah public health officials issue fish consumption advisories. These advisories outline recommendations for limiting intake of specific fish at specific locations. Fish advisories have been issued in Utah because of elevated levels of arsenic, mercury, selenium, and polychlorinated biphenyls. Some of these contaminants occur naturally, whereas others are from anthropogenic sources.
After sitting empty for the past two years, Bottle Hollow Reservoir, a popular fishing and boating spot 10 miles east of Roosevelt, is slowly being refilled.
Due to soil and groundwater contamination at the site, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency designated DDOU as a Superfund site and placed it on the National Priorities List in 1987.[2] Site cleanup activities began in 1989 and continued through the 1990s. Groundwater and soil monitoring continues at the site.[3] The U.S. Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) conducted a public health assessment of the site and concluded in 1992 that DDOU poses "no apparent public health hazard."[1] Included in the site history was the storage of 2,328, 55-gallon drums of hazardous waste in 1993. This was part of a RCRA permit issued by the Utah Solid and Hazardous Waste Control Board. These drums were stored in a facility called the Conforming Storage Building. Storage of these materials ended in 1997, and the building was closed. As part of the transfer of ownership to the OLRA, two Finding of Suitability to Transfer (FOST) documents were developed and approved by state and federal agencies. A total of 544 acres (2.2 km2) of uncontaminated ground were transferred to the OLRA. Further FOST activities are ongoing, and should eventually result in a nearly complete transfer of properties.
Although Native American activists are trying to persuade tribes that storing nuclear and other toxic waste is not worth the potential pitfalls, some continue to host it on their sovereign reservations—which are not subject to the same environmental and health standards as U.S. land—in order to generate revenues
Native tribes across the American West have been and continue to be subjected to significant amounts of radioactive and otherwise hazardous waste as a result of living near nuclear test sites, uranium mines, power plants and toxic waste dumps.
And in some cases tribes are actually hosting hazardous waste on their sovereign reservations—which are not subject to the same environmental and health standards as U.S. land—in order to generate revenues. Native American advocates argue that siting such waste on or near reservations is an “environmental justice” problem, given that twice as many Native families live below the poverty line than other sectors of U.S. society and often have few if any options for generating income.
The issue came to a head—and Native advocates hope a turning point—in 2007 when public pressure forced the Skull Valley band of Utah’s Goshute tribe to forego plans to offer their land, which is already tucked between a military test site, a chemical weapons depot and a toxic magnesium production facility, for storing spent nuclear fuel above ground. The facility would have been a key link in the chain of getting nuclear waste to Yucca Mountain, the U.S. government’s proposed permanent storage facility.
In February 2009, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) announced intentions to scale back efforts to make Yucca Mountain the nation’s sole repository of radioactive nuclear waste and to look into alternative long-term strategies for dealing with its spent nuclear fuel. The National Congress of American Indians, in representing the various tribes around the region, no doubt breathed a sigh of relief.

Case in point....recent NAVY Patents on compact nuclear fusion, gravitational wave generator, room temp semi-conductors... its a DISTRACTION..

Then AAWSAP does need investigation...you stating distraction BUT the things you state to focus on are derived from those same things.
