I know. Q never explicitly went the RGB is Dead route, just Anons did. The whole RGB medical situation was a little weird. People make it sound as if she magically defeated cancer a third time, that's not how it usually plays out.

The main points are,

Research "The Sisters of the Resurrection"

Who were toted as one of the poorest convents in Poland during WW2. They had two small convents with a total of a few dozen Nuns.

Research what happened to the Mother Superior of the order in WW2.

Research them today.
