The DEMOCRATS/deep state don't want the wall for one simple reason. They have taken MILLIONS of dollars from cartels and china, to ensure the usual traffic lanes stays open. Here's the thing with RBG and the SCOTUS vote, and why I posted the link on proxy voting.

All of the pending cases are vast in number and already have a value matrix assigned to them; more or less compelling and more or less controversial. the Chief Justice will just shuffle the cases to keep churning out meaningless decisions, and bury the ones that come down to a split vote, with RBG as the decider. They would even accept a quiet proxy vote to be cast on her behalf, if the case was inconsequential.

Now, if an injunctive action comes to the court in media res, it may upset the court if it were to compel a "valid" RBG vote. I think Roberts or his appointee could visit RBG to poll her, but tbh the court would reshuffle votes to avoid a crunch.

Standard procedure is more or less to give courtesy to another justice, disregarding politics. This is the way I see them handling it.

Thank you for the crosslink, I love his decodes.

Looking at his site link and decode Post # 139, in puzzle piece #3 he comes up with the dates Feb 20 and Feb 21.

I found this interesting in relation to Q for the simple reason that 2/21/2019 adds up to 2+2+1+2+0+1+9=17.

There are only a ffew of these Q days in 2019, and all happen at the beginning of the year since the only way to get there is by a valid month day combination that adds up to 5, since 2019 always adds up to 12.

It's not "deception" if the court knows they delivered the correct decision. Can it be engineered to work around the indeterminate health of a single justice? I think they can handle it.

I’m telling you guys, they have been stalling for time while they put the finishing touches on her clone. It may even have been against her wishes. Perhaps the process started when she passed away a few months ago, and it’s taken this long for the clone to gestate or whatever.
