Roger Stone's Attorney filed a motion in court today, alleging that the Special Council's office tipped-off CNN to the sealed-indictment, before it was un-sealed. That's why CNN arrived at Roger Stone's home 1 hour before he was raided by the FBI.

Still no proof of collusion
Mueller is soon to hand in his report that says the same thing.

No, the issue here is that CNN had a copy of Stones indictment that did not have the usual PACER metadata attached to it. Meaning, they had access to a copy of the indictment before it had even been officially entered into the system, and/or before it was unsealed. That would prove 100% that the Mueller team tipped off CNN to be there to film the Stone arrest. Of course, we all knew that from the very beginning...just look who the guy is who "used his intuition" to know to show up at that date and time. He is a former FBI agent, who just happened to be Comey's protege, who was then fired by Trump.

I doubt that is true but if so what is the crime? Are we just trying to prove that cnn is gov.?

How do you figure? They are both investigating the exact same thing.
