‘Dark Overlord’ hacker group threatens to release confidential documents on 9/11 attacks

The group Dark Overlord said it had hacked major insurers Hiscox Syndicates, Ltd. and Lloyds of London. “It is unclear what exact files the group has stolen, but it is trying to capitalize on conspiracy theories around the 9/11 attacks,” Motherboard reported.

Again, why not just release it! They are giving the group that pulled off 911 time to shut them down. Don't get me wrong I hope it is real and they decide to release the docs.

I highly doubt that there would be any explosive information that would come out if insurance company documents regarding the attacks.

So I personally don’t believe anything will come of this

Why do people that have jack always talk about releasing the smoking gun instead of just doing it...makes me think they are full of crap. Just release it if you have it before someone makes you and your information disappear. Assuming there was ever anything to be released in the first place.

I think the point is that the insurance company investigations prior to settling on the huge claims are unlikely to have missed the slightest whiff of evidence that would justify their denial of the claims on the policies.

They paid out on the claims after a period of attempting to at least reduce the payouts didn't they?

I thought the story was that building 7 was owned by the bush brother other than George or Low Energy and never who isn't political and that he tripled his coverage the week before the attacks and then magically although not hit, building 7 became one of three steel framed buildings in history to collapse from fire damage, all three occurring that morning coincidentally.

You might want to check your facts and actually cite sources.

WTC fire proofing was found deficient pre 9/11.
There is a reason why the steel in steel high rises require fireproofing by code.
WTC buildings had long floor spans with no concrete columns that may have helped past buildings survive fires.
Steel structures have succumbed to fire.

There are at least two other completed studies that concluded fire related collapse for WTC 7.

There was a partial steel structure collapse pre 9/11 at the Madrid Windsor tower.
WTC 5 suffered a partial collapse from fire.
The Tehran Plasco building was a total fire collapse.
The Sao Paulo tower block was a total collapse from fire.
