The cynical part of me would say it was to glom onto Reagan’s “alien threat” speech at the UN. Or you could say he was speaking from what he saw, in terms of a unified earth, if you beleive.

Doty.......was probably on the way back from the store with hotdogs weenies whilst Lear was out back setting up the bbq......

I'd purposely avoided that episode in all fairness, his voice just grates "Bro, no way"!! "like aliens and stuff"

Hehe. I find it hard to believe in much of anything, apart from a detached sort of bemusement, at this point.

Still, I can't really help myself when it comes to this subject. I seem to have to pick at it, even if it's only going to itch more.

Luis Elizondo;

"These aircraft — we'll call them aircraft — are displaying characteristics that are not currently within the U.S. inventory nor in any foreign inventory that we are aware of,"

So...is Zondo a Lazar debunker then....?

Some people have stated that Bob passes lie detector tests AND seems convincing when telling his story as it could be that he IS telling the truth, BUT that what he saw was man-made.

Or maybe he passed the lie detector tests because he believes his own lies.

It's not unheard of for a person to be so invested in a tall tale they made up that they begin to believe that tall tale as being fact.

What was the date of the Raid on Bobs house by the FBI?

I believe the first one, that Jeremy Corbell reference's when he states Doty was present, was in 93... but, thats going by memory. I would need to find out for sure.

Just read that he was raided in 2003... I think this could be the one I was thinking was in 93....

The only other one I know of was the one in the Corbell movie.

Has he only been raided twice?
edit on 17-1-2019 by steve_ringuk because: Added in updated year of the raid

Thanks Steve,
why the hell would Richard Doty of all people be in with Bob Lazar in any manner whatsoever regardless of the year? If he was friends with Lazar, why on earth admit that...

Korbell doesn't make it clear in the interview when Doty was present... was he referring to a previous raid OR the one that occurred during the film?

I've wanted to believe Lazar all these years, but these two events have just made me question a few things more. The Russian comment definitely, because oddly enough of all the things Bob has said, I find that the most difficult to believe (of all the stories of aliens and space craft, the thing I find hard to believe is that the American's would allow the Russians access to the alien space craft! Go figure!)

BUT, it's the Doty comment that I cannot understand. As you say, why would you admit that a known disinformation agent was in the same location/room and present at the same event as Bob Lazar... It throws everything thats been said for 30 years into question for me.

I notice with Corbell that he constantly THRIVES on being the one who delivers new information. In all interviews I always hear him discuss how he was the first to break the Tic-Tac incident, how HE found the video of the cloud chamber footage, how HE found the guy who vetted Lazar for Area 51 yada yada yada, so it's almost like on that podcast he gets carried away with himself wanting to be the person who delivers new news.... drops the Doty comment as no one has ever heard that before... then doesn't elaborate or talk about it anymore, almost as if he realises he may of just planted doubt in all of the believers

I applaud Corbell for what he is doing... I might not resonate with the guy and his methods, but, he is trying to unlock more information for us all on this subject, and I appreciate that regardless of how its delivered... But, he just needs to lay it all out and discuss the Doty comment, and stop telling us to weaponize our curiosity... Just tell us everything you know Corbell!!

"PROJECT HAVE DOUGHNUT"
is the only documented evidence of anything Soviet being at Groom Lake. This is when they back engineered a MIG-21 to analyse its operational abilities Vs what the USAF in their inventory to try and give them a strategic advantage. The MIG-21 is one of the most successful fighter jets in history, so it paid for the USAF to understand its capabilities so they would know how to produce effective countermeasures.

I liked Patient 17, I think it was more of a story of an individual coming to terms with something and the human aspect of that was very well presented, it didn't matter that the subject was about Alien implants, it could have been about anything else to be honest, I really liked it.

But the Bob Lazar Film (its not a documentary) is the most one sided thing I have ever seen....

He does thrive on what he believes is delivering new information to people. It may very well be "new information" to the audience he is presenting it to. But if you dig deeper, you will find that is simply not the case.

I find it puzzling that quite a few people who claim to have witnessed exotic craft and things tell this detail of international cooperation.

If someone had hired Lazar—in off the street, with questionable qualifications, and who went rogue—it might not be unreasonable to suggest they might inadvertently hire Russian scientists who (even if vetted) were in truth gathering information for the motherland.

But wasn’t there a thawing of the Cold War about this period, and might top scientists have been traded between the nations?

Interesting Mr. Doty hasn't jumped in here and replied. I am fairly certain he is amongst us here.

As far as the FBI raid in the "movie", perhaps this explains it:

Dolan talked about the Doty/lazar incident on Jimmy Churchs show recently. The way I understood it, Doty happened to be a cop on duty at the time. I was really confused, did he become regular police at some point? This episode happened right after Doty had an unplanned call-in interview which I haven’t listened to, so maybe he covers it.

Ok thanks, so that does track. Now that I think about it, Dolan may have mentioned he was a statey, just thought it was an odd career trajectory.

ETA: it’s actually ep. 807 w Corbell. Skip to 1:51 for Doty who was “randomly on patrol” during the raid.

It seems the padawan has surpassed his master GUT...

It's ironic isn't it, you can pretty much date his "volunteering" by his comments and actions, before and after.

"There's like 4 other ufo programs Bro, hey Bro, look, they were chasing aliens and stuff Bro, dude..."

I'm wondering if Jeremy has been "made" in The Aviary. I'm sure it comes with a name and beers around the drum circle. Or strip club.

So I came up with a quick name if Mr. Corbell hasn't been officially made yet, but I'm open to suggestions otherwise for sure.

Hey Kit, Hal, Colonel...feel free to use the following. Should be good for some laughs, eh? I mean the Colonel is "The Penguin" after all and that's pretty dopey. Fitting though in a Batman's Penguin kind of way I proffer.

I bet they laugh at stuff like that with their buds. goof on each other. Me and mine do.

Okay here's my early Aviary name for Jeremy:

The Hoopoe

He kind of seems like a Hoopoe to me. We've all run into one at parties---that guy.

The Hoopoe, a colorful bird that is found across Afro-Eurasia, is notable for its distinctive 'crown' of feathers…Like the Latin name upupa, the English name is an onomatopoetic form which imitates the cry of the bird.

Maybe the Latin name Upupa is better? I mean it's got "pup" in it watcha think?

I wonder about George too. Surely he's a made man I have zero doubt. And well deserved I must say. He's cooler and more charismatic than the rest of the bunch--other than Vallee at least back in tha' day. So he'd take some real thought.
