Strange, ATS didn't think swapping a vote was all that serious when Democratic votes were flipped to Republican ones for Cruz in Texas.

Not because I am a conspiracy nut (I am) but because they can become corrupted. It is hard to lose a wooden box full of ballots. It's easy to lose a lot of virtual 1s and 0s.
