In this thread it needs to be clear....legal right to be someplace? And "illegally" thrown out of anyplace...when anyplace can ask you to leave without needing any reason.

Every business has a right to refuse service. That doesn't have anything to do with "legal" right to stay.

seems to me that if trump can stand in his rallies and urge his followers to beat the crap out of anyone who dares do anything to go against him, even sit there quietly holding a sign, then this bartender can refuse to serve these guys who have a history of being at least half of the provocation when it comes to riots in the streets!! after all no business owner wants to have to deal with a riot in their business establishment.

There are muslims that dont believe in the restrictions to consume alcohol. There is several places in the Koran that shows they can indeed drink.

I watched the video the stupid bouncer set up a discrimination lawsuit. His only statement should have been we can refuse service to anyone. His engagement set up a possible lawsuit as he admitted he was being intolerant.

really?? my mom was a bartender while I was growing up, spent alot of time in the bars as a kid. I seen her kick guys out plenty of times, believe me, if anyone had given her that kind of grief over it that this guys was, there'd be plenty of guys willing to take him out and kick his arse!! of course, the bar had connections to the mafia, so well... he might have had a worse fate... that was back in the "non-pc world" of the early 60s.

there were plenty of people on the right that were on these boards saying that the tow driver, although me may have been a jerk for leaving a disabled lady on the side of the road and decide not to tow her- because "god told him" they all said it was perfectly legal.
I guess this bar owner will just have to risk suffering the same consequences as the tow truck driver, who's business went down hill after the word got out about what he done!!!

It isn't just illegal immigration, it is our sovereignty in its totality. Our borders aren't open. We don't just let anyone in.

And those overstaying Visa's are indeed in the country unlawfully, but at least we know who they are and already vetted their background before issuing them a Visa.

Further, the "Caravans" are being funded by America's most grave enemies (the communists/socialists of Venezuela/South America) and we must shut down and defeat their wrong-headed ideology wherever we can. They are wrong. These are our borders. They don't decide who comes in and who doesn't, that is a question for Americans. And it all depends on our country's needs.

Any civilized person knows he is not the wrong one for going to a public bar that traps unsuspecting Trump supporters by not posting specific exclusion signs, but then expels said patrons without simply giving them a warning not to RETURN.

The guy was legally allowed to finish his drink or food, and digest it. The owner can't do this in this country anyways.

It's not a private club. It's not a political organization. It's a for profit BAR with open doors to the public. Their privilege to operate in the community should be revoked.

Serving this Trump supporter or not ever again after already taking his money and having served him once is irrelevant.

This was more like making and selling the gay wedding cake, and then showing up at the wedding to revoke the sale by just taking the cake away...no actual refund.
