I am trying to avoid going on tangents. There are other threads to debate global warming, differences between humans and animals, and some of the other comments I've seen. This thread is about trans people and how the MSM makes them seem like they're ALL completely insane and demanding special treatment, when the vast majority are fearful that they are all going to be rounded up and forced into mental hospitals, among other troubles. Judging from many of the comments here, I would not be surprised if there was support for this.

I'm not trans so I shouldn't care, but when the pendulum swings the other way in 5-10 years, the LEFT will put ME in a mental hospital for dis-believing in global warming. THEN they will put EVERYONE they dis-like in a mental hospital for some arbitrary belief, such as being a Christian or Muslim.

If being trans is a mental disorder, then being Christian or Muslim is 1,000,000 times more crazy. There's actually some science to being trans. Saying "the debate is over" on any topic means you're not a scientist. We can study the hormone levels and brain chemistry and neurology of people who identify as trans, even before they transition. Even if there are environmental factors, that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Eating the flesh of Jesus in the form of a cracker is completely insane! Running around a magical rock in the desert is completely insane!

At the same time, "identifying as a lizard" is insane because that's a completely different species. "Identifying as a child" is less insane but still insane, and in this case, they should re-word it as "having the emotional age of a child" which could be studied scientifically, because some people's brain's might actually never have grown up, and we can study this.

A biological-man who "identifies" as a woman is different. They understand that their DNA is XY. They understand that their genitalia has been reconstructed. Humankind has arbitrary cultural norms, such as which clothes a certain sex wears, how they use the toilet, and so on, which have nothing to do with science. Trans-people understand this, and trans-haters do not. Their brain works more similar to the opposite sex. Their bodies are more similar to the opposite sex.

In DNA, the XX and XY chromosomes are mainly for reproduction, and in first-world countries almost nobody is reproducing anyway, so they should become arbitrary. Rather, it is the culture (not science) that decides that a trans-woman should be in a mental hospital because "it's a guy wearing a dress", while the objectively truly crazy people are going to their churches and mosques every week unquestioned.

I think trans-haters are being played. You're basically going to genocide a tiny % of the population and laugh about it. Then it will add fuel to the fire when the pendulum swings the other way.

Then the Left is going to put me in a mental hospital for questioning the threat of AGW.

I hope you realize what happens when a man doesn't have testicles. Study up on your own. Maybe you skimmed over the details I've written about the Hijras and other traditional trans-classes. Their entire physical body becomes more like that of a woman, so that their muscles are weaker, their skin is softer, they grow breasts, they lose facial hair, and so on.

Women's prison is already bad. A post-op trans-woman would have a disproportionate punishment by going to a male prison. And sure, they broke the law, but it can happen to anyone. Maybe a suicidal homeless person jumped in front of a random car. The random driver, who could be me, you, or a trans-woman, will end up in prison randomly for at least a few years.

No, you wouldn't go legally after them, because then everyone would know you were sexually attracted to an XY individual, which would make you officially homosexual according to your own definition.

I think Trans people drew a tough card in the hand of life.

I think they deserve to be treated equally and with respect like all people deserve. They deserve the same expectations for safety and opportunity that everyone else deserves. Nothing more, nothing less.

I also think they are getting used for a political or social agenda by people that don't really give a damn about them and it does them more harm than good.

I don't like other people's agendas forced on me. Which is why I don't like the LBGTQ agenda any more than I like KKK or Black Panthers or Antifa.

They tried to force the bathroom thing on us here in Texas and we pushed back on that hard. I'm against a trans guy getting beat up in a bathroom but I sure as hell am not going to let women and girls be put at risk in bathrooms. Women's, girls, children's safety comes first. The fact that the group pushing the bathroom bill does not consider the safety of others as well should be called into question.

okay, here is my opinion, all weird sexual habits are a mental disorder, most likely caused by a childhood trauma.

Or

A male that feels, that he can not compete in the pool with other males, so takes the easy way out, not confident enough, not enough muscles etc, same goes for females, they do not fit the image of a woman, that is created by the media.

Then there is of course the "i am horny so gonna poke at something", and of course there is the weird thing when someone shows dominance over the other by F it/she/him,, that`s an old one, that animals also do.

People are just confused, even the best of us, Hu-Mans are wrong in the head,,

Would you say that someone "post-op" should use the bathroom of their genitalia? I'm just curious because you seem to understand that there are political agendas going on. It's (currently) a very difficult process to legally change gender in America, and I think it SHOULD be so that such examples as "the man with a penis in a skirt in the woman's bathroom" can be avoided. A hole can't rape a hole. If women are scared of post-op trans-women, they may as well have separate bathrooms for lesbians too.

There are two genders. Thats it. No more options. Everything else is identity issues.

If a person thinks they are a hedgehog you give them a mirror and a picture of a hedgehog and let them work it out. If they cant, that is a mental disorder.

A person of one gender cannot simply say, ""I think I am the other gender," and suddenly become that gender. You can have surgery, you can have hormone therapy, you can dress differently, you can behave differently. But in the end, no matter how hard you try, you have not become the other gender. You are still, and always will be, a version of your original gender that has been modified to appear as the opposite gender.

Thats SEXES. once again someone who is confused on what GENDER actually is.

There is only one rational answer to this kind of question.

This also requires that I state something that is likely obvious and understood by non trans-radicals, but, no one who supports a law requiring people to use the bathroom pertaining to their original sex, supports any kind of screening or testing or 'proof' before they can use a bathroom. This kind of law can only be applied once it is broken.

But to answer your question: they should use the bathroom that is least likely to raise eyebrows of anyone seeing them walk in or out of it. It should be obvious that in any case, as long as the person is a reasonable facsimile of the sex on the bathroom door, and as long as they don't do something that calls attention to the fact that they are not that sex, no one would ever know.

This means that if they look like a man, or if they look like a man dressed as a woman, then they should use the mens restroom.

Yes, yet, they do not become a woman. They are simply a man who lost his testicls (or lost his mind first and hacked them off himself).

No, its genders. Just because some people insist it include self-identity does not make it so. Science and the dictionary go no further than to acknowledge the latter as a side note. Your gender and your sex are the same thing. The only place it isn't is in today's pc world that tries to legitimize the identity aspect by appropriating a scientific term as its own. Remember, this gender identity culture is brand new. The terms gender and sex have been around a long time and no one debated their meaning until now.

I would say that the law cannot be written in such a way where a male predator cannot dress up in female clothing and legally walk into a female bathroom. I understand a trans may feel safer in a female bathroom but why is that? Because they are equal or more physically dominant than a female is most likely why. Now I would ask them have they considered how that makes females feel? Are they not doing to females the same thing they fear from walking into a male bathroom?

I think they purposely portray males as nuckle dragging animals ready to lash out and beat up anyone different. That is not really the case nowdays, and of course you will always find exceptions.

If a preop trans female walked into a bathroom I was in, it would raise my eyebrows because it is out of the norm. I'd still rather they go there than the female restroom. If they go to female restroom, they better look the part, and alot of them do so no one really knows or cares in those instances.

While it's about trans use of restrooms, the issue is really separately about predators taking advantage of laws. That was why Texas rejected the bathroom bill. It was poorly written and did nothing to take into account womens safety as well.

Your statements show a lack of historical knowledge. Trans-identity has existed for thousands of years across a wide variety of cultures all over the world. It was Christianity and Islam that attempted to erase them, but since a small percentage of any population identifies as trans when that freedom is available, it cannot be erased. Christianity and Islam simply pushed most of them into the closet.

Ah, yes..... revealed moral codes, the ancient enemy.

That's the whole point, isn't it. To make the world's people's safe from religion. Because religion dares to say that some desires are best left unmet, to say that some fantasies are best left as that. Because religion dares to say that rather than enriching us, that there are some experiences in life that impoverish us, that will leave us morally bankrupt.

religion has got to go because it interferes with the humanist worship of self.

Nobody 'identifies' themselves. We don't need to. We are born male or female.

A male doesn't know what it's like to be a female, or vice versa, because nobody thinks of their 'identity' as one or the other gender.

If a male says he should have been born a female, how would he know that? Nobody can be a gender they are not born as. You are born as male, or female, and that's what you are, until death.

I don't identify myself as a male, since I am a male. Born as myself, identify as myself, it is impossible to identify myself as someone I'm not born as.

A male can like other males, or dress like a female, but he is not 'born in the wrong body'. He does not have a female identity. He is a male who likes males, or likes to dress like a female, but he is a male, from birth to death.

Nobody can EVER be born 'in the wrong body'. That's such crap. But some people buy it, sadly. They are open to suggestions like this, for various reasons. They are told it is not their fault they like other men, because they should have been born a woman. So they think it's what they should be, and 'transition' into a female.

God made a mistake. I will correct it. I'm born a male, who likes males. I must be a female, not homosexual. And God would love me to change into a female.

Religion has got to go, because its used by one group of people to control and hurt others. It's generally racist, sexist and homophobic and glories in stoning, and burning those who don't follow the rules.

The bill was written the same way as legislation in the northern states. Women didn’t all of a sudden get raped and murdered in huge numbers in those states. The bill in no way legalized rape/assault or murder. That’s still against the law, and people who break that law WILL be punished - same as ever.

Texas rejected the bathroom bill, because evangelical conservatives were pissed at losing the marriage debate, and wanted to feel like they were retaining some sense of control.

You are a complete retard. I can't even speak in this thread anymore because your statements make absolutely no sense...peace out.

Oh and btw...I have 2 lawyers who are friends of mine (and customers of mine for my business) and oh yes I can definitely prosecute someone for immoral conduct.

Who had ever spoken about identifying with the opposite gender before recently? Whether mentioning it in any articles, or in books, or even within one's private diary...In all our past centuries, I can't recall it ever being mentioned. If it was, I'm not aware of it.

Homosexuality has certainly been mentioned, over the past centuries. Noted in many private diaries.

Based on that, we'd expect to find that to identify with the opposite gender being mentioned, in many diaries over the past centuries, as well...

If it was not ever mentioned before now, or hardly so, in all of these past centuries, then how can anyone claim people have always identified themselves as the opposite gender? They would certainly have mentioned it, in their private diaries..

I'm not saying it was never mentioned, I simply mean I cannot recall even one case, from the past.

It has now become a well-known issue, for some reason....

Babies are now without a gender, because gender is a personal choice! Anyone can be born with the 'wrong' gender.... it's very common, today! And you can pick your own gender, because it's no longer part of your birth records!
