And if the FBI schedules that interview there will be another reason to delay and move the goal post farther out from there.

Meh

What's to Investigate ? Her Testimony before the Committee is All there Is to this Woman's Story . Delaying the Inevitable Will Not Change the Outcome . The Dems will be Politically Castrated on Nov. 6th , 2018 .

Can they charge them with contempt of Congress or something?

Seriously, investigate, investigate, investigate! Hearing, Hearing, Hearing!

They get what they want. They had the chance to ask both Ford and Kavanaugh anything they wanted. They could have gotten any person they desired to ask questions, etc.

They got their FBI check.

And it's not enough.

They could have asked them anything right there, under oath.

For one thing, sexual assaults don't exactly come with paper trail. It's usually a personal experience that many women are embarrassed to divulge.

The bottom line is we need something, anything, but it seems even her story as weak as it is keeps getting weaker and weaker.

For me if she made the claim and a couple of people remember them all at a party...any party, and that maybe they remembered she left quickly after all three were missing for a little while I would accept that as proof, not much of anything still, but I would say that something about her story was at least validated enough to warrent a further review of Kavanaugh.

At this point there is not a single thing I see as part of her story and actions from her, her lawyers and the democrats that says anything else but a political agenda. Maybe her agenda is not total political, but there is something very strange going on with her beside everything else.

Sure, and we all believed Brett Kavanaugh when said that The Devils Triangle is a drinking game, and boofing is flatulence!

Better hope someone doesn't find something similar you might have written at 16, decades later and attempt to assess your honesty and character based on that.

Nobody is judging Kavanaugh based on what he did, wrote, drank or boofed when he was 16. He's being judged on his honesty, candor and judicial temperament NOW.

Odd that this was all she said.

It was good enough when it was Keyser's short and concise statement.

Apparently Avenatti has a new woman with a statement:

"As new questions emerge about his first client’s salacious accusations against Brett Kavanaugh, Democratic lawyer Michael Avenatti has produced another sworn statement from a second unnamed woman claiming the Supreme Court nominee, while in high school, would “spike” the “punch” at house parties and be “inappropriate” toward women"

That's absolutely untrue. He is 100% being judged on what he did nearly four decades ago. They didn't dredge up all of these allegations simply to test his candor when talking about them.

Is Ford alleging Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her now? Or is all this over an allegation from 1982?

You can move goalposts pretty well, but I'm sorry; that particular goalpost does not move. Your statement above is full enough of cow manure to be classified a miracle fertilizer.

I'll stick up for Phage. He has been a staple here since I have been around. Not sure what is going on with him lately as he seems to be getting caught up in politics more than usual, but he has typically been someone the ATS community has called on for safe advice.

I say he....but have no idea if he or she. Anywho...dont discount what Phage has to say just because it goes against what you think.

Believe it or not, a lot of people don't care about what he might have or might not have done in his youth. It's his demeanor and temperament, his (lack of) honesty and candor that he's displying NOW that are causing people to deem him unfit.

Most of these allegations are being dredged up BECAUSE of his lack of honesty and candor.

Please explain the "lack of honesty and candor" you speak of.
All I see is a bunch of hysterical Dems that are making # up as they go.

Democrats stated "They believed Ford" before ever hearing ANYTHING.
I believe Kavanaugh has been more than truthful over everything, and I don't care if he is a beer drinker. (I am too)

I see to the premise here is that he is dishonest.

And because he must be dishonest ... after all he has to be right? How else could St. Ford accuse him or sexual assault, and he dare to deny it ever happened?! Obviously, since #BelieveAllWomen, he *must* be a dirty liar. Since we know that must be true based on St. Christine of the Ford, we are then free to ask him anything we want about his younger years ...

Question about drinking ...

Questions about farting ...

Questions about partying ...

And if he denies it or doesn't flat out say anything except an unqualified, "Yes." We know he's lying based on the test of St. Christine of the Ford. But ... if we ask him questions about things that would make him an intemperate, horrible person, and he answers yes, then he's damned if he does, damned if he doesn't.

And the best part is that it doesn't matter what the truth is because we have established that because #BelieveAllWomen, all that matters is that he has failed the test of St. Christine of the Ford.

No kidding....like this gem:

Well, that looks like a yearbook. Is it the right one from Holton? Great save by the reporter since we keep seeing reports that say the web pages have been scrubbed of Ford's social activities, meaning all things that accentuate the contradictions.
