So the letter that came from Fords ex names Monica L McLean....

Could she possibly be the same as this one with the FBI?

That was related to some report of another agent named Sosbee that was canned apparently.

And Fords transcript of the question...

No matter how deep the swamp...

Has to do with a guy named Geral Sosbee...apparently was a FBI agent at some point.

Sorting through his odd website to see if he is a quack or for real, but for this to come up coincidentally is rather odd.

The Dems wanted the FBI investigate. Big mistake, the Repubs already knew before the sham hearing happened.

There will be more. No wonder the Dems want it private. The Republicans should agree to keep it private and then release the report at the worst possible time for the Democrats.

She is also one of the women specifically from the class of 1984 that signed a letter supporting Ford.

I can think of 2 possibilities.

1. Ford has a friend in the FBI. That's why Dems wanted an FBI investigation. It was fixed?

2. Her friend already filled them in about Ford, and this is why they knew to ask her certain questions.

I hope the truth is #2.

ETA: #2 makes more sense.
Notice the boyfriend that Ford tried to show her how to pass the test. So the friend might have given the FBI a heads up that she knew how to cheat the test.
Maybe THIS is why Trump and Grassley were so anxious for her to testify.
The friend might know all kinds of things.

I am beginning to think this might be the biggest October surprise ever.

If this was purposefully executed, Hats off to Trump and team.

Seems they might have read the Dem's playbook and acted accordingly.

I have found that McLean apparently left the FBI in 2016...not sure what the circumstances were.

But yes...I would be hard pressed to think that she didnt pop up in their investigation being that she was once one of them.

hmm.

Remember the Committee did do their own investigation first. Maybe they talked to some of the people on that list. I imagine that if they noticed an FBI employee on the letter, they would have talked to that person.

Trump dogged Ford in his speech today....I mean absolutely dogged her. And oddly nobody is talking about it.

In my head it makes most sense like this.

McLean is telling her coworkers at the FBI that ford is a great woman.

She says they were best friends, and that ford even helped her get ready for her polygraph when getting hired by the FBI.

Then the story blows up huge.

One of these poeple mclean told this probably raised an eyebrow when details of Fords polygraph came out.

They remembered McLean mentioning ford helping her, and told someone on the committee. The committee probably met with Mitchel and helped her formulate questions to ask ford.

One of them was asking her about coaching for a polygraph.

Now even though ,clean sought to back her friend up, she will probably be questioned about this polygraph situation.

Would she be willing to lie to help her friend out and thus jeopardize her career with the fbi, or would she tell the truth?

This makes more sense to me than McLean, after she signed the letter, coming out against her friend.

Of course the entire story could be bogus.

But if McLean works for the FBI, she is definitely going to be questioned about this.

I thought the question about coaching someone how to take a polygraph was odd....they totally already knew.

That would mean she has been caught in yet another lie.

The Committee may have had some correspondence from the "boy friend" prior to the letter we saw today.

We can't automatically assume there's only one letter.
