McLean released the statement to ABC News on Wednesday morning. It said, simply,

“I have NEVER had Christine Blasey Ford, or anybody else, prepare me, or provide any other type of assistance whatsoever in connection with any polygraph exam I have taken at anytime.”

McLean made the statement after an ex-boyfriend of Ford’s told the Senate Judiciary Committee that he had seen Ford preparing McLean to take a polygraph.

But hey, there's still that fear of flying thing!

Why hasn't she submitted a statement under threat of perjury? Didn't her ex do that? What does she have to hide?

I also think that she should demand an FBI investigation.

Let's also ignore the likely fact that she helped craft this fraudulent letter. The were both in the same town the night before the letter was submitted.

🎶You SPIN me right round baby right round🎶

I'm not going to try changing the extreme conservative or liberal bias opinions on this site. Our representatives are "supposed" to represent and work for the American people, not the President, nor a political party ideology. The American people and government whistle blowers should be the #1 priority when accusations are levied against our government or those who will be making judgement's on our constitutional rights. For anyone who is seeking to become a Supreme Court Justice, they should be held to an extreme standard! They should have an exemplary background and everything including excessive drinking, lying under oath, and various accusations should be taken into account! Abusing alcohol is just as bad as abusing drugs. The last thing I want to see in a Supreme Court Judge is someone who has a drinking problem! All Supreme Court Justices should have an impeccable moral record, period. There's some truth to the saying "where there's smoke there's fire."

The U.S. has become so divided along party lines, nothing is being done on behalf of the American people. It's ridiculous to think we have a segment of Americans who can continue to support a president who has such a disgusting character, is mean spirited, and has been caught in so many lies and contradictions. To ignore that basic fact is really alarming.

Trump has been bashed continuously by the media at levels never ever remotely approached before. You really think if you were being lied about by nearly every media outlet on Earth for months you would just sit back and say - just wait the investigation will clear me.

This quote from you is a perfect example. Trump has been bashed continuously by the media because of his "outrageous and ignorant behavior!" The media has constantly PROVEN Trump's contradictions and lies by the numerous video recordings of his speeches. There's not a day that goes by that Trump doesn't put his foot in his mouth. Yet you feel the media shouldn't bring this to the attention of the American people?? If this was a democratic president acting so ignorant, you know it as well as I, conservatives would be gloating and quoting the media everyday!

So you claim I'm clueless! What more proof do you need from the media? You and many other conservatives are regurgitating the same B.S. that comes out of Trump's mouth everyday. I'm sure you also believe the media is the enemy of the people! Maybe America should get rid of the free press and institute a state controlled press! Nothing like losing our checks and balances on a corrupt government. Our democracy relies on an informed citizenry and it's exactly why our founding fathers wanted a "free press."

Obama was notorious for threatening and prosecuting government whistle blowers. Now we have a segment of the population who are supporting the same thing when it comes to the American public accusing government officials. Not to mention supporting a president who refused to recognize a foreign country influencing our elections and praising ruthless dictators.

Everything I read in this forum is so blatantly politically bias. The American people need to wake-up because our representatives could care less about us. I'll give more credibility in accusations from a citizen over a politician's any day of the week.

Better hope someone doesn't find something similar you might have written at 16, decades later and attempt to assess your honesty and character based on that.

Odd that this was all she said. She didnt deny knowing the guy or that he lived with Ford and most importantly that the timeline fits.

So...how would this guy know she was going to have to take a polygraph for a job that she apparently was starting while he and Ford were together?

He sure knows a lot of facts about someone that just puts out a simple statement that she got now help.

She doesnt deny she took one and I'd guess took it in the timeline he mentions.

So....howd he know?

LOL...methinks she just accidentally admitted to it.

For one thing, sexual assaults don't exactly come with paper trail. It's usually a personal experience that many women are embarrassed to divulge. There were a thousand sexual abuse allegations against Catholic priests, do you really think they have any documentation other than their claims? Heck, I was an alter boy for 4 years at a Catholic church. I know if one of my fellow friends were abused by a priest they would be too embarrassed to tell anyone. How girls have been abused by their father's for years and were afraid to tell anyone until they were adults.

As far as the therapists notes go, I'm sure the FBI will be looking into that. Just because Ford didn't present those documents to the public doesn't mean they don't exist. If they didn't, it would be stupid on her part to even mention it. If someone groped you, would you have any tangible evidence? The only evidence women like Ford have are witnesses to the event. That's where the FBI comes in. Interviewing Mark Judge will require him to tell the truth. If he doesn't he could receive a jail sentence.

The accuser always has much more to prove than the accused. In this case, witnesses to the event and the honesty of both their testimonies will come into play. The truth always comes out one way or the other.

No denying that it's difficult to prove... that's why I would think you would turn over ANYTHING that helps verify or substantiate the claim...even therapist notes. But she refused...and that to me is troublesome.

Here's a nifty visual on Christine's timeline and how it's shifted. I think this ties in with her time with McLean for at least part of this.

Speaking of bias, yours is showing pretty strongly. It's always nice when biased people lecture others about their bias.

Even if testified to under oath, it's a hard one to prove either way, being something that happened in a room with only three people present. However, I'd check to see if McLean took a polygraph around the time indicated. If so, that's inside knowledge that would lend some credibility.

I'm sure McLean would NEVER admit she cheated on an FBI Polygraph. That would probably be a felony.

Yes, this is 100% legit story.

Here is the breaking story on Grassley demanding evidence
after this revelation.

Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley is demanding evidence related to Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s sexual assault accusations after reports suggest she once helped a long-time friend prepare for a polygraph test.

The Senate Judicial Committee needs “material evidence relevant to allegations of sexual assault” against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, the panel’s chairman wrote in a letter to Ford’s attorneys Tuesday evening shortly following allegations she advised her friend on what to expect during a polygraph.

dailycaller.com...

Remember Grassley's request to Ford's attorneys requesting information?

Grassley Letter

Well... Grassley is going to be really angry. Check out the response from the attorneys:

Dear Chairman Grassley:

Regarding the documents you have requested in your letter of October 2, 2018, Dr. Ford
is prepared to provide those documents to the FBI when she is interviewed. We have not yet
heard from the FBI about scheduling an interview with her.

Attorney response

Holy Cow. These attorneys are bold. They have already been told that the FBI does not need to interview Ford.
They are just trying to delay. They keep trying to take control of the process.
Refusing a request for evidence from the Senate? They deserve to have their case discarded.
