Oops. I posted this in the Day 2 thread, but it should have been posted here:
Uh oh...Corey Booker has pulled what he called "his Spartacus moment" and in defiance of Senate rules, has gone and released some 12 pages of emails marked "committee confidential" to the public. He said he is "knowingly" violating the Senate rules. www.foxnews.com...

Three cheers for Sen. Booker. It's bloody past time that some senator somewhere showed some spine. The US voting public, as members of the Board Of Directors of the US Senate, have the right to know all the details of the legal history of any court nominee, especially SCOTUS.
The GOP has obvious reasons to try to hide this information. It is good that Booker revealed it. Kavanaugh should NOT be confirmed (for many reasons, not just this).

You know if he would be expelled the Dims and Dim supporters would cry to the high heavens about "racism".

So now I heard that the emails were actually cleared for release, so the whole thing is basically a side show?? this really has turned into a circus.

Correct. Booker was just pandering to the far-left, in preparation for his (destined to fail) 2020 Presidential bid.
