Democrats are once again back to playing obstruction games by trying to invoke 2 hour rule. Sen. Booker claimed he is going to release committee confidential documents.

Sen. Blumenthal - D has moved to adjourn and doesnt recognize the legitimacy of hearings. He says Democrats are present under protest.

It's crystal clear now that the Dems do not care for democracy and how it works. All they care is about their agendas.

Kavanaugh will be the end for them and that's why they entered full panic attack mode. Just check HRC twitter and you'll know when you see it.

I think we got enough campaign vids on obstructing Dims to last us several Presidencies, though they never cease to amaze.

I just dont understand how Democrats think this behavior is going to be accepted by people. They already stated over the last few months they wont vote for him. Only a couple Dems met with him. The remaining Dems didnt meet nor did they read the info provided.

They are acting like 2 year olds throwing a temper tantrum in the grocery store.

Today Democrats are once again bitching about the process. They are complaining about committee confidential material not being able to be released. All Democrats look like they are saying the hearing is not legitimate.

Booker apparently leaked documents and is telling Grassley there is no rule that says he cant. Sen. Cornyn - R set him straight by pointing out the rule.

Booker can be expelled from the Senate for doing it.

Watched a little last nite while Booker was "questioning".

He rolled off a group of statements interlaced with a couple of questions, then when closing said he was disappointed that Kavanaugh had not answered his questions. After he was finished, Kavanaugh had to ask for time to respond, and told him they agreed on many points.

I thought it was funny how hard Booker tried to make him look bad and then found out they were in agreement. Booker didn't look real happy.

Yea they are nothing, he basically says in them (15yrs ago) that technically rvw could be repealed with enough scotus

A Republican Senator (didnt see his name) just told the comittee in fairness to the judge that all members on this committee should waive their protections under the speech and debate clause and release all documents / emails for this confirmation / related to the confirmation process.

Apparently Sen. Schumer is refusing to allow the committee to conduct business during the Senate session, attempting to force delays in the hearings.

Oddly apt here is the "Racoon Theory". A racoon will fight the most when backed into a corner, but they are also easy to just grab and toss aside if you ignore all the scary noise they like to make.
