It looks like these protests are against the U.S. Constitution, and the Trump Administration enforcing U.S. law. That's INSANE!

Activists are organizing a nationwide protest on June 30 to demand the Trump administration reunite families, and end family separation and detention at the border.

The Families Belong Together march is planned for Washington, DC, in Lafayette Square — across from the White House — at 11 am on Saturday, June 30. Sister marches are expected in more than 700 cities and towns across the country.

“The ‘zero tolerance’ policy is Trump’s zero-tolerance policy, and he has the ability to get rid of that policy at any time,” said Jess Morales Rocketto, the policy director of the National Domestic Workers Alliance, one of the dozens of groups that are organizing the protest. “So we’re not going to stop organizing until the end of zero-tolerance policy. That’s ultimately what created this crisis, and our demand has been so clear from the very beginning that that’s what needs to happen.”

Are these protesters demanding that the Trump Administration take adult-child units (they're not always families) who are caught entering this country illegally, and release them into American society? It sounds like they will accept nothing short of this.

Even if Congress gets around to changing our immigration laws, there's no way they would (or should!) enable everyone who's able to sneak into America, to be rewarded with the freedom to stay here, and live wherever they want. That's not good for the safety of Americans. And it would be a slap in the face to those who went through the immigration process properly.

And the ironic thing is, Trump put out an EO that wants to re-unite families !!

But there's "Law" problems.

So I guess people want laws to be ignored instead of changed legally.

I remember a President from the past that said he would do things with a pen and a phone.

Previous administrations created the crisis. Trump got stuck with the mess. The media perpetuates the lie, and the sheep blame Trump.

About 500 of the 2,300 separated kids have been reunited.
Source: www.cnsnews.com...

The admin is vetting each adult to make sure that its their legal child.. and not some kid that they're using as a "hook" to stay in the U.S..

That sneaky strategy wouldn't work now, anyway. "Zero tolerance" means (almost) NOBODY who enters illegally stays. After their hearing, they are escorted back across the border, and told to enter the U.S. legally...like millions of others have.

Liberal open border policy is the genesis of all the ripple effects of the border being open.

This is only a "crisis" for those who sneaked into this country illegally. They can end their crisis by going over to a port-of-entry, and coming in with all the law-abiding immigrants.

How did we get so many people who cannot comprehend that we cannot let people come over the boarder because some of them are criminals. They need to go to regular places where the immigration and legal crossing areas to see if they can get in. No industrialized country will leave uncontrolled illegal immigrants come in. This is way worse than the sixties, back then Hippies were trying to improve society, this latest protesting is rediculous. Most Hippies would not even approve of it. Although, if the people brought good free smoke, they would have welcomed them in.

Trump could nominate Sidd Finch for SCOTUS, and progressives would complain solely on the basis, that he was a Trump nominee.

(No insult intended, Mr. Finch...)

But people are suffering across the world and its your duty to comfort them.

Even though the border being open is how the cartels screwed their homes up so bad out there.

Here is what the libs don't like. When their party members (or prospective party members) violate the law (when their children are with them), the adults go to jail. The children have always been taken to state facilities, where the court will determine what to do with them. In this case, the dem-socialists are objecting because it's affecting their voter base. Where were their objections during the eight years of obama?
crickets...

This is another testament to how much President Trump loves Americans, and isn't satisfied with accepting U.S. citizens being murdered, robbed, rapped by illegal immigrant thugs and drug dealers, like Presidents Clinton thru Obama were.

For those Presidents to see U.S. citizen murders as "acceptable losses" is totally disgusting.

What crisis? Illegal immigration from the southern border is down. The only crisis that these people are protesting is the new, so called, "no tolerance" policy that Trump imposed.

Seeking asylum is not illegal, period. Families seeking asylum in the past were processed, given a court date and released. If their case was rejected, then they were processed for deportation together, as a family. Don't forget, Obama deported so many individuals, and families, that he was called the "Deporter in Chief".

Charging asylum seekers with a crime, before knowing if a crime was actually committed, thereby separating families, is this administration's scheme to deter asylum seekers. You know, the ones who sit on the side of the road waiting for border control so they can turn themselves in.

What's worse, this administration never put a procedure in place to track these kids to their parents, so they could be re-united. They didn't think that far ahead! That's the unconscionable actions that these people are protesting.

Are this nutters for keeping muderees, drug dealers and other criminals together as a family as well? I am curious how this is supposed to work. Maybe we need to start building prisons with family suites.

What is their solution? Send people back without due process? I am okay with that if they waive their rights. Point them back to whence they came.

One thing I learned is that many of the REAL families who sneak across, are very poor. They can't afford to stay somewhere in Mexico for 4 months, waiting for their hearing.

A Dominican Republic lady who was recently approved at the San Diego entry point, said that she rented some space in Tijuana, with others who were applying for US entry. It took 4 months for her to gain entry approval.

I heard similar today. Only "Finch" was replaced with "Moses". It's very true. ANY Trump nominee is a reject, in the eyes of Democrats. Thank-goodness it doesn't matter what most of them think. There will be some Dem Senators join Republicans to approve the nominee.

Then we stop the cartels from being able to get rich selling drugs here in America. Seems like it would be easier if we worked with other countries to crush the cartels.

True asylum seekers process the border legally. They ask for asylum, they don't enter illegally.

The Democrats are outraged because they see illegals as votes. Nothing more.
