Currently there are two types of courts, article one and article three. Administrative courts, which are really just Human Resources company mistake courts (admiralty law courts - bs courts), are NOT the place for any of this and none of it will be dealt with there. Constitutional courts are better suited, but there are problems there too, the endless trials I have pointed to as not serving us at all.

If "treason", as defined by the Constitution is involved, it will be Military. If it is sedition, Military. If it will be considered an act of war, an attempt to subvert the Constitution, Military. Espionage, Military. My guess, they'll await trial in the brig, or gitmo, and those in other countries, the same...

My take, judging by the atmosphere, Awan just pulled the finger out of the dyke. DJT's tweet, for me, confirms it. Q stating "we have the server" after saying for months "where is the server, think server" DJT tweeting server... all adds up to me they had it all along, but needed someone to verify it. Awan. Look for JA to resurface shortly in the news - he verifies SR story, and look for RR to collapse opening the flood gates. All has been point to that three headed beast for months...
