I don't care if they were uploaded to be honest, I'd only be disappointed by the breach of trust. It's just body parts to me...my adult son would probably take the piss and I'd laugh. How someone seeing my bits could damage me in any way I can't imagine.

It doesn't really matter if those other people shouldn't be doing it. I agree; they shouldn't. What matters is that even *if* they get caught and punished, you still can't reverse what was done to you. So why court disaster in the first place?

you could say that about nearly anything, honestly. why go skydiving. why ride a motorcycle. why eat processed cheese. why leave the house. risk vs. reward, is what it comes down to. everyone makes their own evaluation.

That isn't "clutching pearls" as some have accused us of, it's simply being smart about this. If I want to give my SO a nude thrill, there are other ways to do so than to send off a quick selfie.

i wouldn't call it clutching pearls but it does seem kind of smug to just be like me smart, you dumb about something like this. i might as well say i'm smart for not having kids and other people are dumb for having them because they clearly don't understand what they've gotten themselves into, you know? there's a danger in thinking your perspective is a universal truth.

nude pictures are their own distinct thing. if you enjoy it i think you have a right to make your own evaluation of whether you want to take that risk, and the right to pursue appropriate legal action against anyone who does you dirty by the unauthorized spread of your own legal property... and the laws are playing catch-up here, as they are in many areas since technology jumped ahead.

They need these pictures for company parties...
