not gonna dog your opinion im just curious why

Well because this is America not India, and if I see a cop wearing a turban I am not going to respect him/her the way I should.

Good luck with that...LOL
What a small world you live in.

No I live in America. How many American cops are in India wearing a robe and white collar?

It is what it is..

Then you're a resounding asshole, and don't deserve any respect, either. You get what you give, little kid.

And you are a #####.

Thanks for making my point loud & clear. Grow TF up.

Nice, but let's not beat around the bush because context matters.

You refuse to respect an officer because they're a Sikh Indian. We can only assume the same would go for a Hindu Indian officer with a bindi dot going on. Which makes you a disrespectful, snide asshole without legitimate cause. I'm stopping just short of tossing bigot out there because you'll probably tantrum about that, too. You certainly need to grow up, a lot.

It is what it is? You won't respect an officers direct order just because of a headdress. That officer with the turbin past POST, physical and qualifications to become a officer in NYC.

Ok here's a hypo for you. You are pulled over and the officer with the turbin tells you to step out. Do you...

A: comply and get your ticket (if any) and everyone goes on their marry way.

Or

B: Be disrespectful to the officer with the turbin and refuse a direct order and escalate the situation. To a point you are detained and have to go in front of a judge. With the only alibi is "she had a turbin on so I don't have to comply with her orders".

Why be such a dick or is it more on the lines she is a woman or a woman the has a different religious beliefs.

Good for her other than that why should I care where someone gets employment. Oh I get it because she is female and and worships a different deity. Spin away MSM spin away. Just because "someone" gets a job doesn't make it note worthy.

What if Women Coppers wore Burka's? Would you be ok with that?

why the loss of respect?
i dont understand how losing the turban would make you respect her more.

Cool, I like turbans.

I think it's just an interesting side note. I can't imagine what kind of idiot a person would need to be to find anything wrong with it.

Who cares what idiot's think?

jump to page 2 and you will already see a person saying they wont respect her.
so 20 people in and we see that.

how many people will this woman deal with every day? so yeah. i think she will catch a lot of # one way or another.

Sorry...false equivalency. Clergy may wear a robe and a white collar. Ordinary Christians do not. Sikh adherents wear the turban. Download a google.

So another bigoted question. A turbin doesn't cover the face where as a burka does. Oh I see what you are trying to do make it look like I'm picking and choosing. Why in the world are you bigoted people so pissed off that a Hindi woman is a NYPD officer. And a BIG PS if you don't want to get pulled over by a NYPD officer that is female and Hindi with a turbin. Stay in your little part of BFE and let the more civilized world keep on keeping on.

They couldn't find an American to do that job? I'm sick of foreigners coming here and taking our jobs and houses.

I just think that if turbans are ok, and i'm ok with that. That Burka's should be legalized as well. If you agree with one and not the other, that would make you a hypocrate wouldn't it.

Please don't attack my Female Integrity, it might upset my femininity and create a #Metoo Scenario against all men.

I did not say i disagreed with turbins, I said, What do you think of Burka's? Or are you against Womens Rights?

I much prefer the sari on a woman than a turban. Frankly I'm not sure why Sikh women are wearing turbans, given its history, but then again we live in an age when women want to be men and men want to be women. To each their own.

I get you now sorry to go all app #. It's a slippery slope. I'm for letting people alone, and there way of life as well. At least with the turbin I can tell the officer in a line up. The face covering is the issue I have to say, but on a identity base not on religious beliefs. It does make me sound hypocritical but that is the way I see it.
