Yeah, you are actually going to have to read more than one of my comments before trying to get me to cycle back through the conversation I had earlier. I've already responded to the 'but he didn't sign it' argument. But, I'll help you out:

1. He didn't have to sign it: Link

2. Stormy was the only one required to deliver a signed copy to 'DD': Link

Cohen was not raided just for Stormy Daniels.
that is the only thing his lawyers have mumbled about, but they haven't explained the full breadth of the warrant or shared it.
Interestingly, the law firm Cohen apparently was working for and had offices at is the same law firm that represents Cambridge Analytica (Their London Law offices were raided by Scotland Yard a week or two ago).

Also of note, if the Feds find anything in the banking records or other evidence they seized that is relevant to Special Counsel's investigation, they are obligated to forward it to the SC team.

Taxi Medallions were included in the warrant (one of the only other things that Cohen's lawyer mentioned)
NYC Taxi Cab Medallions can go for 100k+ a piece as I understand it and they are an easy way to launder money in NYC.

I suspect Stormy Daniels is just a tiny footnote in what this raid was about. It was likely about Money Laundering and shell corporations etc. Where that money came from and where it went will be the interesting reveal when charges are brought.

This warrant to raid an attorneys office would have to outline just such a relationship of collusion to commit a crime because it included documentation of emails, letters, and any notes or recordings of conversations. It included his office his home and his hotel room indicating they're looking at current communications too. In order to overwride attorney client privilege it would take evidence of a crime that involved both parties.
I'm not going to pretend I understand all the law but apparently there exists the circumstance where attorney client privilege is void. Apparently that is the law applied here.

It is your opinion that the FBI, AG, state AG and Associated Judges, virtually all appointed by Trump, signed of on a warrant for a multi-location raid on Michael Cohen's offices without significant evidence of highly criminal activity?

This demographic in our society is what concerns me most. What is even more concerning is facts,reasons and or effects from the cause and effect does not matter.


I believe it’s a byproduct of freedom not a good one of course but I highly doubt those like minds would share a fox hole to fight for the same thing that allows them to be allowed to express themselves. I have a feeling we will find out soon enough sadly.

Twenty years ago Trump expressed his opinion about Clinton and Lewinsky affair. It is relevant to watch as a very similar situation is happening to him now, or could.
