That may be so but what you are working there would be illegal here. It's not allowed. People need to be rested to be alert. Excluding overtime, 45 work hours a week, max. 40 is the norm in NL. Plus 5 weeks of paid holiday each year. It's all self-funded but that's how it works here. Five weeks a year (24 work days) on days of your choosing when you can just lay in bed and dream and still get paid. Or lay on a beach in .

Now when it is hot, you can't open the freezer without him plonking himself bang smack in the coolness of the open freezer door ... hehe. Not silly !

Coincidentally, my cat's been hanging around the freezer today, too (also a bottom freezer like yours) He's taking full advantage of everyone getting in there for ice cubes & popsicles, it's a nice blast of cold coming out of there.

We are currently enjoying 23deg.c. Autumnal weather.

That's around the temp we're supposed to be, not 34*C! < sobs >

As lovely as a dinner for two on the beach with my husband sounds, I think I'd rather have an Antarctic cruise, lol.

I had to chuckle about the romantic dinner for two. My Husband and I practically live in different rooms and he is as romantic as a rock. Seriously. LOL

My favorite Season is Autumn. Winters are ok, but for just so long. I hate all the extra clothing and I have to be extra careful on the ice so I don't fall. I have enough aches and pains, I don't need to make things worse. Plus they are just too long, grey and dreary. Love the part of Spring where everything warms up and there is finally new life, greenery and flowers and song birds. Love Summer days where it is warm and breezy, but once we get that heat and humidity, I like to be inside where I can cool off and not feel like an egg frying in a pan.

Now I know why my room is the hottest one in this house. Looks like the AC duct has collapsed keeping all the cool air in the attack. Me and my three fans will just make do with what we got until it can be repaired.

I have been taking it really easy for a few days now. Plenty of water, plenty of food, some meditation. Yesterday i walked about 12 kilometres in extreme heat. I didn't have to, but my mind felt better when i was moving.

Went back to eating antidepressants. It was a stupid move to stop them without talking to a doctor first. I really have mastered the art of stupid moves.
