Well, how are they supposed to be secret if people keep talking about them.

Area 51 was secret, they even denied the existence of the place when most people knew.

Kind of weird that they deny something so plain in sight and people believe what they say. They just call it a conspiracy theoryand everyone knows conspiracies are all hogwash because people have been conditioned to only believe in what they are told is real.

Given that there are more than a few countries that don't like the U.S. why would they keep our secret?

The initial stages of a base, either on the Moon, or in orbit on the far side, or both, could've been done in the 50's from ocean balloon launches boosting to high altitude rocket launches... say in the vicinity of the Southern Pacific a-bomb tests?

If the stories of exotic propulsion are true, and I happen to think they are having seen something with no aerodynamics floating around the sky and it certainly appeared designed by man, then the "how did they get there?" questions are moot.

But someone has exotic propulsion ... and that someone certainly appears human... and there are most definitely secret operations in space.

If it is true that the exotic propulsion was gained from ancient human sources, then the crimes of secrecy get almost too huge to handle in one's mind. I actually hope it's all untrue and we aren't being criminally lied to.

Considering NASA is subordinate to the US military its not surprising.

How are they subordinate to the US military? They are two different groups? Both under the checks and balances of the executive, legislative, and judicial branches.

Lots of innuendo, and lots of but what about this. With the complete blind eye that other countries orbit the earth, monitor the sky, track man made objects in orbit, and send mapping and photographing missions to the moon.

The complete ignoring of little things like the international space station is the third brightest object in the celestial sky.

How are space platforms and manned missions to the moon hidden from the effects by many nations tracking objects in space?

Countries that would gladly out the US on any premise the US was unjustly using the moon for a military base.

It has nothing to do with exotic proportional. It has everything to do with no indication of funding, no indication of dedicated manpower, no indication of a supply chain, no indication of facilities to manufacture, the constant scrutiny by countries of space, and the obsession to scrutinize the surface of the moon with pictures, infrared, radar, ultraviolet......

It’s sad people don’t realize the effort to build space craft.

The manpower to build a Saturn Rocket.

www.airspacemag.com...

Many thousands of men and women toiled to bring the moon rocket into existence, often putting their personal lives aside and losing untold hours of sleep in the effort.
Read more at www.airspacemag.com...

The effort to build the lunar landers

www.quora.com...

The budget for the LEM (Lunar Excursion Module)* was $2,241,033,000 which was allocated to Grumman to construct and deliver twelve lunar modules. 7000 people worked on the LEM.

In 2012 dollars, that $2,241,033,000 would be $16,781,592,640.

How many people do you think it would have taken to place a space platform in orbit to launch exotic craft?

10,000 to twenty thousand?

Because your big bad of innuendo has no credible evidence, totally ignores the cost and complications of manned space travel, dismisses the efforts of other countries to monitor space and the moon, and is totally lacking in plausibility the moon base would be kept secret year to year.
edit on 29-3-2018 by neutronflux because: Made plausibility specific to keeping base secret

Because anyone with a telescope would be able to see them on their way? or when getting there i guess.

Also leaving earth is not an easy thing to do, it is very very visible and there are only some specific places where you can launch a rocket, there's also the weather getting in the way so things have to be planned with many days in advance. How many people are required to build the rockets or ships?

Also most people would notice rockets flying all over the place, those kinds of things are very easy to see in the sky, and pretty much anyone has been able to see objects in space since long ago, with a not too expensive telescope and these days a good camera can zoom into the moon just like nothing

Where are the factories for those rockets and/or ships and how do they manage to manufacture every piece without buying from public companies?

So how do they hide them from view at launch, on the road and when they reach the moon?

Who knows, i just don't think it's easy to do or likely but who knows

It took over 50 years to declassify a "study', imagine all the stuff we don't have a clue about yet.

To really even get a grasp on what's been going on we simply need to see the entire vault of files from 1950 to present day.

There will be so many mind blowing revelations in that mountain of info...

Who knows is the right expression.

Ya there are no moon bases. At least not human made ones. And besides humans were banned from going that far since that whole Babel incident, the one that got you all babbling all the time, kind of like this thread, just babbling on an on. Just non stop all the time, it is pretty strange.

Forgot when that happened, the banning of the moon to all earth type humans, not that long ago, few hundred thousand years I think, it was when that fad with having many limbs was at its peek, and they were fighting over mineral rights and such on this planet, its hard to judge the time and passing of fads. But how else is one to measure and keep track of such things if not by the passing of fads.

But anyways, no bases on the moon. That is unless you count that the moon itself is a base, then I suppose you could say there is a base on the moon.

If the moon exists as a real physical object and all, that is.
