I don't know if anyone's replied yet. I just found this -- Parkland Students Bullied Shooter. One was Emma Gonzalez:
“Since he was in middle school, it was no surprise to anyone who knew him, that he was the shooter. Those talking about how we should have not ostracized him? You didn’t know this kid! OK? We did!”
Marolo Alvarez remembers students taunting Nikolas Cruz.
“He looked like a school shooter,” Alvarez said students used to say about him.
… Alvarez, who spoke to reporters at a vigil for victims of the area’s second mass shooting in 13 months, said he wishes he had said something earlier. “I could have said something to administrators, that ‘hey this kid gets bullied a lot, please help him, please reach out to him.’ I kind of regret not doing that,” Alvarez said.
So Emma Gonzalez, the shining star for gun reform, liberalism and cisgenderism (is that what they call it?), is a self-admitted bully who justifies whatever her and the other bully-kids did to Cruz by saying "You didn't know this kid, WE DID! Ok?"
What a self-righteous little twit she is. All of those bully kids who tormented the shooter have blood on their hands - obviously Cruz is sick in the head and is the trigger man but the bullies are not the little "saints" they are portraying themselves as
Hogg returned to his high school later that day, in the evening, specifically to document the aftermath of the shooting he had just experienced:
At 6 pm after the shooting, I took my camera, got on my bike. I rode in basically twilight. And I ride my bike three miles down winding sidewalks and find my way to the school, as I’ve done in previous years. All the while, I was making sure my camera bag didn’t rip open, because if you zip it a certain way, the camera falls out, and it would be destroyed.
Hogg was on campus during the shooting and returned several hours later to interview people across the street. The original story remains below, in strikethrough. I am sorry for the error and have updated the post accordingly.

This Hogg kid is a terrible spokesperson for this "movement", he comes across as a holier than thou self-important little brat. Not very well-spoken either and I trust him as far as I could throw him.
The majority of Americans are honest people and find right wing media lies insulting and disgusting.

I don't understand the fervor with these anti-gun movements, they're always reactionary as hell. Does anybody really think that criminals are going to give up their guns? There are millions of black market firearms in this country but you want to take them away from law-abiding citizens? It's straight up stupid and reckless. Many law-abiding citizens will never willingly give up their guns too so good luck with your little fantasy.

His wiki page says he was in an environmental science classroom or something, and that he filmed from inside the classroom.
I haven't bothered to look for said film, however.
ETA - found the film, or at least part of it. Pretty clearly shot in a classroom setting. Of particular interest to me, though, is how quickly he gets into "talking points mode."

Waterville, Maine Mayor Nick Isgro is facing criticism and calls on him to resign over a tweet insulting a Parkland High School shooting survivor. The tweet, now deleted, said of Parkland student David Hogg, "Eat it, Hogg."

Try again. Your macho take as a US Veteran rings hollow not only with me, but with the upcoming generation that will decide the direction of this country. The next large voting populace of this country rejects your views, and had the DNC paid attention to that movement, Bernie Sanders would be President right now, because he would have absolutely crushed Trump, and you know it.
Third, if we are to evolve as a society, as humanity, guns have to go. There is simply no need for them under the antiquated and out-dated Second Amendment. Your military training in conjunction with an AR-15 will not protect your neighborhood or family from a military strike. Period.
